I wish I could come on here and leave a good review but unfortunately the experience did not match the price or what was advertised. This was my first time using Best in Tents and I used them for Lost Lands 2026, before I purchased any sort of camping or glamping I found "Best in Tents" that was advertised as "effortless glamping" that supposedly comes with "amenities" and everything all set up for you, hassle free. However when I arrived at the campsite it already felt very unorganized because the website said something about checking in with the organizers yet it felt like they were avoiding us. The first night I had no clue who the organizers were so I had to sleep without any bedding, blankets, and no fan, among other things despite what the website had promised. I DM'ed Best in Tents on instagram but they didn't respond until almost a week later (after the festival and camping experience were already over) when I finally found out who 1 of the organizers were I had to ask him for practically everything and when I asked why other campers got their bedding but I didn't he just said "Oh I guess my coworker just stopped working right at your tent" no customer service, apology, or professionalism. The "effortless glamping" I paid for turned into "fend for yourself camping" where I had to be the one to ask over and over "where are the 'amenities' I'm supposed to receive?" After the festival was over and I made it back home safely I decided to share my experience and spread awareness in the group chat with the other campers and organizers to which the organizers responded with even more unprofessionalism and down right disrespectful to their unhappy customers. They keep saying the same excuses over and over that it is the campers/customers job to ask for the things that were supposed to already be set up for us. While I know things like the weather are out of their control, things like bedding and a charged fan are in fact in their control. They also think PLURR is a joke and care more about their social media clout than they care about their customers. read more

I camped with them at Bonnaroo 2024 and Coachella this year, and I'm officially never doing GA camping again. So legit. If you're coming to an event from far away and you're worried how youre gonna be completely setup, absolutely check these guys out. They set up an entire compound! and it's completely covered with a secondary layer. The boys were so chill and friendly and I didn't have to do anything. I also actually slept really well. The shower alone is amazing to have and there were two of them. Literally it's full service, you just bring your clothes and you're camping WELL. I had an experience where last minute I wasn't able to camp with my previous years group and I was struggling with that, and these guys and all the other campers in our group made me feel so welcome. John and Ashton at Best in Tents are the real deal!! Finding them for my first Burn was a total game changer. I was traveling in from Maine and had no idea how I'd get the right camping gear out there--especially since I didn't have playa-specific equipment. Renting from them solved everything. From the very start, they were incredibly kind, responsive, and communicative. We even did a video call beforehand so I could ask all my questions, which gave me so much peace of mind. Pickup was super clear and smooth, and the gear itself was awesome. The tipi was sturdy and comfortable (no worries about it blowing away in a windstorm), the air mattress was so comfy, and the extra touches--like the rug, fan, and lights--made such a difference. And having a bike from them was absolutely epic! Even though I camped with a different camp, John and Ashton welcomed me at theirs anytime to hang out. My best friend went ahead and booked with B.I.T for EF 25 due to us having to fly in and not wanting to deal with the complications that come with camping at an out of state festival. I am so glad she did! They really took care of everything and we didn't have to worry about much. We were able to hop off the shuttle and go directly to the camp site, and an added bonus they somehow got a really close spot to the festival entrance. We had our "bedrooms", a kitchen, showers, and a little living room. While some of the elements like rain and wind got the best of the tents sometimes, B.I.T were able to get our camp to normal and safety and pretty quickly. I would definitely use them again for they made my first camping festival easy and fun! read more

Best In Tents was amazing. I stayed with them for Lost Lands 25. I am from California so flying in to camp at Lost Lands was very intimidating. My friend found Best In Tents and they made Lost Lands seem more doable as someone who is flying in!! Check in was a breeze and they keep their words. You are able to settle in and relax as soon as you arrive on site. John was great! He did daily rounds multiple times a day to make sure everyone had what they needed. He even went out of his way to get me a bigger chair since I am a bigger guy. The kitchen area was great too as I was able to make my ramen with no problem and other campers were very respectful of the space as well. Lightening in a Bottle 2025 was my first solo festival. I booked a spot at Best In Tents community camp to make things easier on myself. The campsite itself was awesome, plenty of shade, a comfy air mattress, a kitchen, and camp showers! The other campers were all great, it was both a safe and fun environment. Ashton even brought aloe vera plants to help treat our sunburns! I also enjoyed the Sol Space canopy set up for afters. It was also such a relief to not have to break down the camp site after the festival. We came into Coachella from the East Coast. So BestInTents was the perfect solution for us still being able to camp at the festival but not have to cram all the camping stuff into carry ons or buy the stuff locally and then get rid of it. Right off the bat the communication was great and the meetup was super easy. I really appreciated the personal touch of reaching out before the fest and ensuring we didn't have any questions. Once at the fest they built our little festival home super fast. It was superb having so many canopies and a little living room area to stay cool during the midday sun. My favorite part about BestInTents though was the team being right there with you and always available. They are really fun festival folks too and catching some sets with them and a late night Silent Disco was awesome. I had some issues during the festival unrelated to anything and they were really helpful and caring. I think I've become a BestInTents person and will probably leave all my camping stuff at home for Bonnaroo and just stay with the pros. I can't say enough about how nice and welcoming they were. They were punctual and communicated clearly upon arrival, set up our camp in an amazing area, and our setup was extremely comfortable and perfect for the entire weekend! The canopy kept us very cool in the summer heat, and we were able to keep our phones and flow toys charged the whole time thanks to the provided solar panels and charging bank!
