I got these 2 Cooling System pillows. Looove them! They really are cool, when you lay on them... one side of them at least. Should be both sides for what they cost! They were $70 a piece! I rolled the liner down, so I could wash them right. It tore a chunk out of my pillow! And the Cooling layer is smearing! These things cost way too much to do this! I'm so upset right now! I refused the delivery and called the sales person who told me she didn't think I asked her that or she would have told me it was in a box. After 3 phone calls regarding my refund and being told it would be taken care of I had to start a dispute with my credit card company before my account was credited. The credit was short $99 because they charged me a restocking fee even though I was lied to from the beginning.

More recently, I bought a bed for my son that eventually started to break down and develop a slope. I reached out to Mike Clough, sent him some photos, and he got the warranty approved immediately -- truly amazing service. We brought my son into the store to try out replacement options, and Mike was incredibly kind, patient, and determined to find the perfect bed for him. Unfortunately, within a month or so, the new bed developed a large hole -- clearly a defective mattress. I contacted Mike again, and he went straight to the owner. They approved a full swap for the same mattress in a medium firmness. The new bed is arriving today, and I am so relieved and grateful -- especially during the holidays.
