Every person I have interacted with has been so friendly, kind, and patient. The nail techs take their time to be clean, thorough, and complete their work with care. I've had regular and dip manicures, but generally stick with gel. They do other things- detailed designs, acrylics, etc, but I'm not fancy enough for that, lol.
