I paid $130 for a full set and a pedicure, so for that price I expected better attention to detail. I left disappointed. On my way out, the cashier/receptionist said she'd be right back , I'm assuming she needed to grab her glasses or something. While I was waiting, I happened to look up and noticed the lady doing a pedicure watching me, clearly making sure I wasn't about to walk out without paying. I understand businesses have to be careful, but what got me was the eye roll when I looked back at her. Like girl... nobody told you to watch me anyway I never should've cheated on my regular nail tech. Will I be back? Absolutely not.

I emphasized that I like my brows thick and bushy. She nodded and told me to lean back, but didn't acknowledge my preferences beyond that. When she handed me the mirror, I was shocked. My eyebrows were extremely thin. Completely opposite of what I had asked for. When I expressed how upset I was, she plainly said "They were too thick before" dismissing everything I'd said. I wasn't heard, and instead of providing the service I asked for, she did what she wanted. I left on the verge of tears. A place that disregards a customers clear instructions and personal preferences should not be in business. I have never had this happen to me before, and I am in such shock that someone would basically disregard a person who is payings preference and do the complete opposite. I cannot in good conscience recommend this salon, especially for something as lasting as waxing. Truly beware. Truly disappointing and unprofessional. We arrived around 12:30 on a Monday. There were some schools that were closed but most were open. There were a few customers already being helped when we arrived. We waited about 15 minutes in the pedicure chairs for someone the come available. I mainly went because it was something my wife wanted to do and I wanted to go with her. It was funny how many people were staring at me. But that's fine. I liked that after she cut my nails she did a little massage of my calves. Then she had these hot rocks that she rubbed on my legs as well. After that she put hot towels on them. It was a great bonding experience for me and my wife. Went in yesterday for a hill, one person working, Since he just started doing her nails, I asked for an appointment today. Apparently the person who does pedicures had to leave for (3) months as an emergency had happened. This I totally understand, but as a customer, I can't go back. Very sad because these are very nice people and do the job exceptionally.
