The nail technician was very rude was I told her that I was unhappy with the way that my nail looked and became upset when I asked her to fix it. I went the day before Easter, they weren't busy at all. That should've been my warning sign cause every other salon I stopped at was packed. My husband was with me and we both got a pedicure and it was by far the worst pedi I have ever gotten. I don't ever leave reviews on ANYTHING but I just have to. As soon as we sat down they make it so obvious that they're talking about you. Looking right at us and then laughing amongst themselves, it was super uncomfortable. And then my pedicure "massage" was extremely painful! I even lied to him and told him my legs were sore but I couldn't take the pain from him "massaging" my legs. A few weeks ago I Asked for my nails a certain length and the tech that did my nails had a bit of an issue with that, butFast forward a few minutes and the other techs start looking at my nails and speaking in their native tongue and one proceeds to tell me "Those are too long " and kinda chuckles as if to say "ridiculous ". Another proceeds to ask "how will You shower". They are very rude!! If I'm paying you my hard earned coins I think I can have my nails the length of my choosing. My mother and I have been coming here for years, and she gets her nails done by either Tammy or Tracy (they do amazing work) so I went with her to get her nails done while I got a shellac polish. The guy by the desks tells me to sit down, and I don't mean walk away. RUN! He was texting half of the manicure, almost gave me the wrong color, filed my nails down to STUBS, was incredibly rude, and 3 of my nails were bleeding! He's messed up my gel acrylic nails multiple times, but I didn't think someone could mess up something so simple! Only gave one star because I had to. Went there because my regular salon was closed. I went to my regular salon today and they found FUNGUS where the Q nail salon drill/sanded threw my nail. My Q (for quick) Nails experience- i sit down at 1 of 20 booths, tell the girl "I want to soak my nails off and gel overlay" , she does not understand me but her co-worker she's talking to speaks English and doesn't tell her, when she starts ripping my nails off and I start cussing, then when I tell the co-worker that she's talking to that is speaking English to her customer that she's not doing what I want SHE LAUGHS, so I tell her after she has ripped half my nail off "I want to keep my nail", she proceeds to clip my entire nail off, I say some more words she doesn't understand and she ends up Sanding threw my nails that she just ripped off and putting on the sloppiest set I have ever seen. Their products are so cheap that my gel coat ended up looking like it had dirt in it. The pedi was ok but I got nail art on my big toes and they moved me so fast one didnt dry and is smooshed- I didnt notice until I got home. But I know my nail tech that did a fill in did when he put the top coat on! He filled my nails so quickly- didn't ask if I needed a cut down didn't ask if the color was ok-nothing.
