Al explained everything in detail prior to installation and left no questions unanswered. We wound up getting a prefilter and two softener units that require no electricity and provide a constant supply of soft water to my house. When one regenerates, the other one goes on line automatically. With a single unit, whenever it regenerates it is bypassed and your feeding hard water back into the house. On installation day, Chris Rubalcaba showed up on time and got right to work. He was very meticulous in his work and in the end, we had a well designed system with a very neat and orderly piping system. He installed the RO unit under the kitchen sink and ran a line to feed the refrigerator ice maker as well. When he was done, holes were patched and jobsite was cleaned up. We decided to use Potassium Chloride instead of Sodium Chloride, but we were told that if we wanted to switch to sodium in the future, it could be done. Their system was competitively priced, and for the price we paid, I feel we got a very good system and one that will last for a long time. I highly recommend AAA as well as the system that doesn't require electricity.

Not sure I thought they were always doing a great job and they always told us our water was coming out better than any bottled water or other such water . My wife loves the softness of how the water is on her skin and hair. The water here in Elk Grove is really bad. Some say it's at a 9 but others are rating it lower, like 5 or 7. We use they on a yearly basis and they charge us 100 something and of course as the years went on it got higher. The one complaint I always had with them coming is that all the workers smoke and they really smell of smoke when they are in your home. It is noticeable all the time. I noticed that our water pressure was not as strong. I tested the hose outside and it was stronger. This is our system problem. When they came the guy said that the system was failing and we would need a new one. This system has lasted 20 years which is amazing since I think they only last 15 years. So the guy who came said that Larry would get us a quote on replacement . It was supposed to come by email in two days. Well after 5 days my wife never got an estimate. So she called them and they had dropped the ball and said they would get one soon. We finally got the quote. It was for a Clack WS1 Softener for 32K Grains. It was for $2495.00 that was just for the system. I can buy that for $1,028.99 Just a little mark up. Others quoted $1,158 to 1,318. Labor was extra. I know prices have increased but come on. List it as labor and not the product. Yeah we didn't go with them for a new water softener system. I was disappointed in their quote to say the least. I was now wondering if their charges over the years were excessive too. Oh well I guess always try and investigate when getting service . If you don't investigate you would never know . Always get a couple of quotes or maybe three. We of course will be evaluating other companies to find the right one for future service. I didn't give them the lower stars since they did keep our system running for all those years which does mean something.
