Out of all the water places that I've been too, this is hands down the best. First off they have a self serve machine outside for whenever you need to refill your water jugs at anytime of the day. If you go in for service help it doesn't get any netter then this, they greet you, take care of filling your bottles and engage in small conversation with you of engaged. The store itself is not the best looking but you're not going there for this but for only the high quality H2O. Usually they play the 104.1 the hawk that is pleasant to my ears. Love coming here to fill up my water jugs it can get busy at different times during work hours it can be a wait but if your lucky enough to come off work ours they have a fill station outside which it's pretty nice only if they have multiple water dispensers cause there can be a wait during off ours. My go to spot for refilling my water jug. read more

I've been a customer here for several years and my rating is based on my usual experience here over all that time. That being said, there's a new employee here today (09/11/2021) that is unpleasant and not at all customer service oriented. 1. He keeps all but one of the carts inside the store requiring customers to stand and hold their bottles. 2. Regardless of the line he only fills one customers bottles at a time, causing everyone to wait longer. Hopefully he gets some better training or sent on to his next opportunity soon. read more

Friendly! but sometimes the hours are changing, this is the only water place that I like good price better than others.I have to drove from River Island pkwy to Manteca because of this business is better, We hope that we have pure water business at Golden Valley.we found at E.louise ave but every month they increase the price and you have to do your own,the owner or employee they just look at me,not greeting to the customer,just set on the chair. so I search around other places and I found Big Valley pure water @Manteca and I am Happy. Honestly, I'm pretty new to this store, but the quality of water and excellent service makes me happy. I bought the $20 card, 110 gallons of water. Definitely worth the price. Love how they clean the bottles, load, and offer to take them to your car on their carts! That's service. read more

I have been coming to this water store since 2016. Today I arrived at the store at 4:30PM and there were 5 customers ahead of me. The employee was proceeding slowly but I didn't mind because there was still 30 mins. He waited until I got to the front of the line and said he couldn't fill my water because it was exactly 5PM. I told him I was in line since 430 and he knew I was in line because he was looking at my 8 five gallon bottles since then. He said there was a bucket issue. He should have told me that he couldn't take me as a customer at 430 instead of having me wait for 30 mins just to get to the front of the line. He could have told me when there were two people ahead of me, but he waited until I was at the front of the line. I will not come back to this location due to the service. You lost a loyal customer of over 5 years. read more

As loyal Costco members, hubby & I will dutifully stock up on stacks of (overly priced) bottled water, and since it's a) very hot in the Central Valley during the summer, b) good to be prepared for an emergency & c) mere humans can't live without hydration, it's ALWAYS the smarter choice to buy in your water in bulk. Enter Big Valley Water. Easy to find location in a very quiet plaza off Louise & Main, this shop is always an easy errand on my never ending list of to-do's. The shop is always manned with very friendly employees, and there is seldom a wait. My favorite thing about this place is the staff thoroughly clean the inside of the bottle before filling, & also spray the inside of the lid & around the exterior to clean off any obnoxious germs: A+ in my book! Add to this list of positives the fact that buying a pre-paid water card saves you money (coming in at $0.18 a gallon) & what's not to love?!?! No loose change jingling in your pockets (or in my case, spilling to the floor), no scrounging around for dollar bills; just show up & give them your name. I come here all the time. The parking lot is kind of crowded and usually busy but they have carts to help you if you need it. They actually open at 11a.m. I have forgotten a couple times and made the extra trip back so they could spray the bottles for me and clean them up. The employees are nice and always offer to load the bottles. The water always taste good and the prices are fair. read more

We just moved to a new home in Antioch. We had Rayne water conditioning system from our previous home. I inquired from the Rayne website to get in touch with a local dealer. Art Vallejo from Big Valley Pure Water called me and he was very helpful in getting my system installed. He is very knowledgeable. In a couple of days we had the soft water we enjoyed from before. We also ordered the reverse osmosis system for our drinking water and it was installed the day before we had a party for our grandson's birthday. Art also followed up to make sure everything is in good working order. We're very satisfied for the excellent service they provided. Super knowledgeable and personable. A true pleasure to work with. And the best thing? We were up and running in no time flat!
