He was able to reach out within a day and come out to provide an estimate for replacement of our old water softener due to leaking from the old unit with a brand new unit. He was able to quickly replace the unit in under 2 hours with a clean, finished look and even included an additional water release valve if I ever needed to use it for attaching a hose to wash a car. Seperately, he also created a bypass line to allow for water flow should there be a problem again with the unit in the future and also to allow for easier cartridge changes when servicing is needed. His estimate was very reasonable and offered to come out if there were any issues with the unit simply by giving him a call.
