And that they need to dig out under the house. After having herk's come by and give his opinion, he said the pipe was already replaced and roots were coming in from the connection. He helped my mom call the city for them to take care of it, which they did. Cleaning out the line of roots and also apply weed and roots killer. He explained everything very well and also let my mom see what he saw on camera and explained it to her so she understands what's really going on. The next day, the issue had come up again, not even 12 hours later! He came back out and charged us again! $300 (which was 1/2 off because we paid cash, again, no consistency with pricing) but there was a warranty that stated "If within the Guarantee Period a drain stoppage or other defect in the repair of plumbing fixtures plumbing parts installed by Top Tier Plumbing Inc. occurs, Top Tier Plumbing Inc. will clear the drain stoppage, or repair or replace (at Top Tier Plumbing Inc.'s option) the plumbing fixture of plumbing part previously installed at no cost to the customer...", if there were any exclusions that would void my warranty, they did not mention that to me and since the issue occurred less than 24 hours of them fixing the initial issue, I'm not sure how long the warranty is even valid for and none of that was made clear to me as the customer. So now, at this point, we've already paid TWICE for the same issue to be fixed and then the issue came back AGAIN on the third day. I contacted Taylor and he said he'd come by again and he never showed up. I had to call him again the next day to remind him and he thanked me for reminding him, which tells me that he forgot that he had to come the day before! At this point, I had someone else come out and fix the issue but asked Taylor if he could still come to discuss the second charge we had since there's a warranty (on the receipt) and it hadn't even been 24 hours but he said there was no warranty and still never came by. Not happy with the service or customer service I received and we lost out on a lot of money. ---------------------------------------------- JULY 27 I would say: You never returned a third time, that's absolutely not true. Please provide written proof that you came back a third time at no charge. I called asking when Taylor would come back and he said "thanks for reminding me" and still never came back! We also have a ring camera and can show there is no one coming back from top tier plumbing a third time. Even though the second time you came out on a holiday, it was still less than 24 hours after the first time and it wasn't told to me or stated in the warranty that if you have to come out on a holiday, the warranty is void and we'd be charged at a discounted rate.... It's still not fixed still leaking everywhere City of Modesto came twice checked with cameras he showed me he told us everything looks good and said i wouldn't spend a dime on this your company wrote us a estimate for $3.000 plus we are seniors please don't break our arm n leg the only thing I'm really upset about not even 12hrs got same problem you guys charged my kids more money $312 some change This is not fair @ all i even talked to few people from city explaining them what's going it shouldn't be a next charge now 3rd time more money...

The owner of that business recommended Sunlight Electrical to fix my system. I spoke with Carlos at Sunlight. He sent out Isaac who seemed very capable. Isaac's assessment was that my system had multiple wiring issues and recommended a service that would require a larger team to complete. He explained why, and I concurred with Isaac's recommendation. Carlos scheduled a larger team to come out the next week. They were led by Jesus, who also seemed quite knowledgeable. Jesus and his team worked diligently for 4 hours. They found more wiring errors as Isaac has predicted. And they found a damaged Tesla MC2 unit on the roof which had cracked. After they completed their repairs, the system started operating better than it ever had before. I estimate that I am now getting an extra 10-15% more power from the solar panels. In addition to providing capable technicians, I really appreciate that Sunlight is so easy to work with. I asked several highly technical questions and always got thoughtful answers. If you want something done a specific way, just ask them. They have such a positive, customer oriented attitude that makes them a pleasure to deal with.

I called Bryan to fix a leak in the crawlspace under our house. After taking a look myself, I was sure that this was going to be more than a DIY project for my skills and after Bryan came out and took a look, it turned out I was right. He showed up on time, assessed the situation quickly, and gave me the option for fixing the problem right then and there. He came back out and charged us again! $300 (which was 1/2 off because we paid cash, again, no consistency with pricing) but there was a warranty that stated "If within the Guarantee Period a drain stoppage or other defect in the repair of plumbing fixtures plumbing parts installed by Top Tier Plumbing Inc. occurs, Top Tier Plumbing Inc. will clear the drain stoppage, or repair or replace (at Top Tier Plumbing Inc.'s option) the plumbing fixture of plumbing part previously installed at no cost to the customer...", if there were any exclusions that would void my warranty, they did not mention that to me and since the issue occurred less than 24 hours of them fixing the initial issue, I'm not sure how long the warranty is even valid for and none of that was made clear to me as the customer. So now, at this point, we've already paid TWICE for the same issue to be fixed and then the issue came back AGAIN on the third day. I contacted Taylor and he said he'd come by again and he never showed up. I had to call him again the next day to remind him and he thanked me for reminding him, which tells me that he forgot that he had to come the day before! At this point, I had someone else come out and fix the issue but asked Taylor if he could still come to discuss the second charge we had since there's a warranty (on the receipt) and it hadn't even been 24 hours but he said there was no warranty and still never came by. Not happy with the service or customer service I received and we lost out on a lot of money. ---------------------------------------------- JULY 27 I would say: You never returned a third time, that's absolutely not true. Please provide written proof that you came back a third time at no charge. I called asking when Taylor would come back and he said "thanks for reminding me" and still never came back! We also have a ring camera and can show there is no one coming back from top tier plumbing a third time. Even though the second time you came out on a holiday, it was still less than 24 hours after the first time and it wasn't told to me or stated in the warranty that if you have to come out on a holiday, the warranty is void and we'd be charged at a discounted rate.... It's still not fixed still leaking everywhere City of Modesto came twice checked with cameras he showed me he told us everything looks good and said i wouldn't spend a dime on this your company wrote us a estimate for $3.000 plus we are seniors please don't break our arm n leg the only thing I'm really upset about not even 12hrs got same problem you guys charged my kids more money $312 some change This is not fair @ all i even talked to few people from city explaining them what's going it shouldn't be a next charge now 3rd time more money...

I requested that they replace the pipes, which they did. I was pleasantly surprised by what they charged and how efficiently they worked. Found this business for my mom and service was so good that she told me to make sure I leave a…read morereview for them. She's had different companies come out to check her sewage line after finding roots in the system, every last one of them said she needs to replace the system. And that they need to dig out under the house. After having herk's come by and give his opinion, he said the pipe was already replaced and roots were coming in from the connection. He helped my mom call the city for them to take care of it, which they did. Cleaning out the line of roots and also apply weed and roots killer. He explained everything very well and also let my mom see what he saw on camera and explained it to her so she understands what's really going on. Would recommend herk's to anyone looking for an honest plumber.
