We met over 3 weekends to come up with a design that worked for us, with some fantastic solutions that eliminated the issues with flow and storage in our kitchen & laundry room. From design to execution, the team at kitchen central worked well, delivering a functional kitchen to us in much less time that we had anticipated. They showed up early everyday and worked with us to ensure that we were getting our requirements met. When we wanted some enhancements they were quick to adjust. They have an exceptionally skilled team headed by Michael that handled everything from demolition, floor, tiling, plumbing, countertop & backsplash fabrication , drywall & painting to hanging sleek sliding doors to installing appliances and also worked on our lighting which made a huge difference. They delivered to us a breathtakingly beautiful & well functioning kitchen on time and with great quality of workmanship. Our laundry room is a lot more usable with the solutions they came up with. We highly recommend this team for any kitchen remodels. They aim to please with their design and meticulous project planning. This is the most hard working crew we've seen. I would have to text or email MULTIPLE times to get a response from Cristy. The finish work was awful. Within a few months, the floors started lifting and separating. When her husband came and looked at the floors, he said to me the person who installed my floors installed theirs and they had the same problem. When I asked why he was still working for them, he ignored the question and kept talking. After some back and forth, they agreed to redo the living room, hallway and laundry room. My bedroom, at the time, seemed fine. They did not redo the laundry room as promised. I had to wait several weeks for the transition pieces and then I had to contact Cristy to find out the status. They left my house FILTHY!! They didn't even bother sweeping the floors. The stuff they used to level the floors - which should have been done the first time - was all over my baseboards. It's had dried and most of it never came off. August/September 2023 my bedroom floors started lifting and separating badly - as did the living room again and laundry room got worse as it was not actually redone. I reached out again asking for a refund given all the issues. Cristy said she didn't have the money as she was now more in a consulting role. I then asked for all the floor to be replaced at no charge. She went silent again. I tired to file a complaint with the BBB but it was 2 months outside the 1 year timeframe so I couldn't. I made one last plea for her to do something to make this right. She said she would see what could be done and I never heard from her again. I finally sent one last email saying I didn't have the heart or strength to deal with this anymore. I paid $8,840.09 and my floors are awful and nothing I can do about it at this point. I have every text conversation and email ever sent/received so I can 1000% back up what I'm saying.

I wanted to hire UB Kitchens as they seemed legit. They met with me about my kitchen gut/remodel…read morejob and gave me a quote of $25k. I really liked their customer service and the high quality of their cabinets. Unfortunately, as my house was getting close to completion, I flew in to meet in person to work on the kitchen project and they quoted me $66k now. I understand prices are increasing during the pandemic but not nearly triple. It looks like on top of the price increases, they may have counted the wrong number of cabinets needed for the project. I tried to work with them cause I wanted it to work out but ultimately, I would have had to make too many sacrifices to fit the budget such as not doing some upper cabinets and doing open shelving instead. In making these edits, they could get it down to $45k, still double the original quote and with too many sacrifices. If I calculate cabinets, counters, GC work, etc, the kitchen would be well over $100k. For that price, you should just go with a fully custom kitchen company. If I wasn't building a new house, building out a big pool and deck and all these other incredibly expensive projects, I would have liked to go with UB, but their pricing was more than I think I'd worth for semi custom
