We recently had a kitchen remodeled at our 30 year old home. We approached Kitchen Central to start with the design and worked with Maria and Gazi on coming up with a design that worked for us.We added the laundry & dining room into the project impressed by their design capabilities. We met over 3 weekends to come up with a design that worked for us, with some fantastic solutions that eliminated the issues with flow and storage in our kitchen & laundry room. From design to execution, the team at kitchen central worked well, delivering a functional kitchen to us in much less time that we had anticipated. They showed up early everyday and worked with us to ensure that we were getting our requirements met. When we wanted some enhancements they were quick to adjust. They have an exceptionally skilled team headed by Michael that handled everything from demolition, floor, tiling, plumbing, countertop & backsplash fabrication , drywall & painting to hanging sleek sliding doors to installing appliances and also worked on our lighting which made a huge difference. They delivered to us a breathtakingly beautiful & well functioning kitchen on time and with great quality of workmanship. Our laundry room is a lot more usable with the solutions they came up with. We highly recommend this team for any kitchen remodels. They aim to please with their design and meticulous project planning. This is the most hard working crew we've seen. Kitchen Central transformed my dark and out of date kitchen from the 1970s into a bright and open entertaining space where I can host friends and family for years to come. Maria worked with me to understand how I cook and how I wanted my kitchen to feel. Then she created the most beautiful design that Mike and team executed quickly. Acknowledging people who come into your business is a basic tenet of customer service, especially in a business this size. Hell, even corporate overlord Walmart has a door greeter. My husband and I are ready to remodel our kitchen, so we decided to go to Kitchen Central yesterday to see what they had to offer and perhaps schedule an appointment for a consult. There was one employee working and she was helping a customer. Although we did not expect her to stop what she was doing to help us, she could have at least said hello. She completely did not acknowledge us. We stayed in the store for about 10 minutes looking at the selections--never a word from the employee, not even a thanks for dropping in. Maybe it is a sign of these economic times that businesses don't have to do even a bare minimum of customer service to keep their wallets fat? While they seem to have a nice selection of cabinets and countertops, first impressions go a long way. We will take our kitchen plans elsewhere. read more

Update May 2023: We got new floors and accidentally knocked over the kitchen island while trying to lift it for the floor guys. That did surprisingly little damage but Mike and his crew came over and helped us to place the island back where it belongs on the new floor. We really appreciate their help and again highly recommend them to others. read more

They came and measured for a kitchen backsplash and counter replacement job 4 weeks ago. They never sent an estimate or were heard from again. When I called to ask about when I'll get an estimate for the job, which is a large kitchen, I was rudely told they had no time frame and others were in front of me. They probably have no contractors who will work for them or they choose to bid and do only very expensive jobs. Find another company. Unreliable. read more

We had an awesome experience with Mike, Gazi and Kitchen Central. They came in and gutted / remodeled our entire kitchen and master bathroom after we bought our house. They aren't the cheapest and they aren't the most expensive but they are honest, hard working and will do whatever it takes to make you happy. We bought a house and needed to completely remodel the kitchen. Our broker recommended Kitchen Central and we liked them from the start. Ashton really helped us bring our vision to life (within budget!) -- she made great suggestions and steered us toward some decisions that we absolutely loved. The cabinet manufacturer screwed up our delivery and the team at Kitchen Central was all over it, working over a holiday weekend to make sure that we stayed on schedule. Kitchen Central just finished a full kitchen remodel for us. Two companies went out of business after doing preliminary designs. We thought they had good ideas. But i Maria at Kitchen Central suggested a design eliminating a pillar that housed the oven and microwave and placing them next to the kitchen'sback wall, creating a wide peninsula with cooktop, much workspace, and a freestanding range hood. This single simple design suggestion opened spacious vistas from the kitchen to the dining room and the living room beyond. We can't thank her enough for her contribution as designer. Gazi and Mike were professional, thoughtful, and efficient in directing the work. They were flexible, patient, and always asked if there were two or three ways to proceed. The start date, demolition, was scheduled more than a month in advance, and they arrived early on that day. From then on, work was under way nearly every day, all day. There was none of the "work a half day, come back in three days," that you hear about with so many remodelers. They were here and worked hard. Except for the countertop, installed by an outside contractor, Kitchen Central did everything with a single team. They gave us a time frame of four to seven weeks. It took seven weeks, and with much of the additional time waiting for a back-ordered oven. So this was a 5- to 6-week job, well within the projection. Friends who have been through kitchen remodels couldn't believe Kitchen Central's speed. Our final punchlist was loaded with minor items, but Kitchen Central worked through the entire list in one day, with paint touchup a few days later. The few change orders were obvious and reasonable. We now have a beautiful new kitchen, like you see on style websites, completed in a process that was professional, efficient, friendly, and as painless as possible.
