And they completely ruined the jacket -- see attached pictures. When we showed them the damage, they admitted that they caused the damage -- but became very defensive and rude, turned their backs on us, and refused any compensation for the damage. BE VERY CAREFUL before bringing any valuable items to this location. They will not take responsibility if they ruin your item. We will definitely not be coming back.

They will be late on the pick up (by 1 day) and even later (an entire 2 days late) on delivery. The whole time the contact person kept delaying the eta. 3. Impolite and careless pickup and delivery workers. Our laundry bag was left in front of the house because they kept delaying the eta. They squeezed all of our clothes and linens into one bag instead of separating into two which caused a huge rip at the top of the laundry bag. 4. They will apologize profusely with no valid explanation or solution. They will offer a discount for the next time when they know you won't ever use their service again. 5. They will overcharge you for the service a week later, not providing any sort of receipt or itemized breakdown of costs.
