Had it completely spotless when they called me. I was so happy to finally be back in a spotless car. Darwin assured me it would be no problem. The day before my trip I get a call saying he just got the part and was installing it. 5 days nothing. Then boom He's on it. As I said he's a great guy. We thought it was a fuse but couldn't find the culprit. When we booked a site in Grande Prairie 2 days later, we got a number from the RV park for a mobile repairman and ironically it's the same guy, Darwin Gayton. His voicemail was full so we called about 7:30 pm and he came within 20 minutes. He located and fixed the problem within a 1/2 hour, a fuse of course. His prices are very reasonable and Darwin is extremely knowledgeable, from trailers to big rigs (we have a 40' class A RV). He's a keeper, hey!

The service i required from the dealership was estimated to be 3 days and fairly cost prohibitive. The owner of supreme was able to walk me through the service i required and the costs related and as he has multiple mechanics who came from other dealerships, the professional knowledge was reassuring. It ended up being completed the same day and notably cheaper than the dealership. After this experience, i wont be bothering with the Honda dealership any further and i will be bringing my vehicles here. The owner (Ernie) is someone id be comfortable with my daughter bringing her vehicle to as he was very trustworthy, humble and devoted to serving his customers.
