I needed to make a modification to a blind and needed it sown to complete the modification. I walked in there and was met with a friendly can-do attitude. it just happened that she had the black thread on the machine and got the job finished within a few hours of me dropping it off. Because of the attitude and efficient service we were able to get the project done that day. Which made me extremely happy and also our customer extremely happy.
