Because I live in Bonaire, the location was not convenient, but that's fine. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done, and I have the peace of mind to know that my car was repaired properly. I only have two issues. First, the "Service Required" indicator needed to be reset which was an oversight. Second, the lead time for parts and repair was 4 months. Luckily I had other means of transportation, but gee whiz. Other than that, I had a great experience with this business. They even worked with my insurance directly so I didn't have to be the middleman for anything other than payment. I recommend.

After we picked up car and started driving down road, the battery light came on (because our alternator needed to be replaced). Pulled over and when I looked under hood I find out they didn't even replace the battery I paid them for. When I called them to explain what happened, they got very rude and told me that it just happens and that it's not a big deal. We had someone else run a test and confirmed that the alternator was failing and needed to be replaced. Never going back here again. They charge for work that they didn't do and they don't even attempt to make things right.
