I originally intended to go to a local trophy shop, but the prices online persuaded me to order them online at Newline. I was hesitant, but they have continuously impressed me. When submitting the order form, it had room for a single logo. After contacting them, they assured me they could do multiple logos for no extra charge. Perfect! I emailed them the two logos, the text, and a reference design I found online. Within ten minutes of submitting the logos and reference, the manager called me. They had already started designing the plate, but one of the logos was too low of quality. He had researched online for alternatives, but could not find anything. I resubmitted a higher quality logo, and by the next day, Ryan had designed an AMAZING plate design. ~~~~~~~~~ TLDR: BEST customer service I have ever worked with. I took it back and they fixed it for free (making it a little more sturdy as well.) While I was there, I mentioned that our boat's window had broken. They offered to try an acrylic bonding material that would fuse the pieces together. I had my boyfriend take the boat to them. They were able to bond it together and it worked well for quite a while, but it couldn't handle the beating that the boats takes on the water. They were very kind, friendly, helpful and reasonable. I've never been so disrespected as a customer!!!…read more The year prior I had ordered and received a Fantasy Football Trophy. Then this year I ordered a plaque for to add to the trophy. When ordering online, the website states that they keep your records based on your League's name. Sounds helpful for them to keep that info, right? I tried placing my order online, added my League's name but was unable to enter what I wanted engraved on the plaque and/or anything else for that matter. I received an email from Bruce stating that their website ran an update and lost some of the fields and he asked me for the League name (again stating that they maintain their data base based on League name). He seemed helpful and apologized for the problem. Well then I received the plaque and it is engraved in GOLD letters instead of SILVER. I emailed them to tell them the problem. I received an email back from someone who did NOT disclose their name on the email stating that I had to choose a color when ordering. I let them know that per Bruce, there was an issue with their website that day. I was informed that they kept the trophy's description in their database and the letters on my trophy are all silver and not gold. The last email I received from this anonymous worker stated and I quote, "Obviously you chose the wrong color." WOW! Really? NO, this is NOT obvious and how dare you claim that I did something that I did NOT do. The website was "running an update" which caused the issue. NOT MY FAULT and they REFUSED to give me a replacement on an $8 plaque!!! Yes, 8 DOLLARS. I had planned to continue ordering each year from them because I thought that having our League info in their database was helpful but I will NOT do business with them ever again! Very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sara is really such a sweetheart and always asks about the office and how the dogs are doing (She has a puptastic helper too that she brings into the shop). Service has been top notch.
