It had been over five years the last time I ordered from H J Trophies but I have never forgot the great customer service I experienced in this past. This is why returned. One of life greatest moments I needed to create a last minute medal. Went online and found the perfect medal that fit the purpose. The company website allows you to browse all the great products they have to offer. You can even make a note on customization or messages you have. I placed the order which allowed me to pay cash in the store for pick up or I could have paid online. Shipping is offered as well if needed. An email confirmation was sent to me that they were processing my order. Once it was done I was notified by email as to when I could pick it up. Today I went to pick up my order and it is perfect. I was immediately greeted in there fancy showroom that many samples displayed. The friendly employee who rang me up explained to me all the things they can customize and create. Nice variety of samples on the showroom, and the employees are ready and willing to help. They are very friendly and helpful if you need some extra brain power to plan/determine what you need. I had a plaque made recently, for my manager, since he was taking a new position. It was completed quickly, and perfectly. Everyone loved it. Prices are also great. 5 stars for sure. A friend of mine wanted her and her new husband's names on wedding glasses. I contacted this trophy shop and they do sandblasting on glass. Gave them an awful picture of the artwork she wanted and they transformed it into a work of art. Had my nieces wedding mugs done by them also. Our old trophy shop closed. They sent all our supplies here. Matt was great. We had several emails back and forth about what was needed for our Shetland Sheepdog Club awards. I had the absolute best experience with HJ Trophies! It was the weekend before Christmas and every trophy spot was closing in town, HJ Trophies was also going to be closing at 5 but with me explaining it was emergency gift they told me to drive over to their shop! I showed up and realized the pricing for that day engraving was too pricey for the type of gift I was giving. So instead I was just going to buy the trophy and be ghetto and write on it with a sharpie. When they found out what the gift was for, they asked if I could wait 5 minutes, and they could have it done and perfected for me. In which they did exactly that and charged me $7 dollars compared to $60 for the Christmas special! The customer service was phenomenal, the two front desk men were clearly friends compared to employees and were so proud to be working for that company. You know it's a great company when the workers are proud of it. This happened over 3 months ago, and the experience was so great it still is so clear in my mind. Thank you!! read more
