Due to some poor planning on my part, I needed awards quickly. Not in a couple days, but in two days and I cannot believe the incredible service I received here from Lisa at Blue Ribbon Awards. First of all they were actually open on Saturday. None of the other Award vendors in the area was open. Lisa was really patient in understanding my needs and working with my timeline. When I explained that I had a flight to catch and someone else would be picking it up she said she'd make sure it was ready for Monday. But she did one better. She rushed my order and had it ready in a few hours so that I could pick it up myself before my flight!!! What a godsend! And can I add that there were no additional fees? So, my son's little league team won the leagues championship game on Saturday and I was floored to find out they didn't have any trophy's for the boys. The parents had called for a Monday night celebration party. I called Blue Ribbon Awards and spoke to Doug who told me same day pickup was not usual, but he would do it for me. I'm not a ringer, I'm not a plant or a relative of anyone who works here, just an incredibly satisfied customer from out of town who turned to Blue Ribbon when I absolutely needed a plaque engraved last-minute two days before the end of the year. Lisa could not have been more helpful, giving me advice and options as well as showing me mockups of what the final product would look like. When I arrived in town for my conference, the plaque looked better than I could've hoped.
