They say that pictures are worth a thousand words. I could tell you how once Aaron Capello (the salesman) took our bid, and our money, we never heard from him again. I could tell you how a quoted 6-week bid turned into an almost 6-month job. (The bid was for 4-6 weeks out. The fence was installed 6 months later) I could tell you how Brie, the "scheduler" was put in charge of our job and contacted my mom once; every other time we had to call her. I could tell you that the job boss rescheduled multiple times, and never showed up on the days he said that he would. I could tell you how we ordered and paid for, REINFORCED Vinyl, as the fence is bordering a horse pasture, yet what was installed is a cheap material and feels like if a strong wind comes along it will blow it over, and there is absolutely ZERO reinforcement. I could tell you how the custom gate, which we spent extra to have built, is not reinforced, has some flimsy piece of vinyl across the backside that is only decorative and NOT reinforcing, and that the gate itself only needs a little pressure and it's already coming apart. I could tell you how the End post that was installed for the existing chainlink fence is NOT an end post, but a center post, and still does not have a top on it. Or how said post is not attached to the vinyl fence. Or how the workers failed to stretch the existing chainlink fence so that it sags. I could tell you how neither the gate nor the fence is LEVEL. I could tell you how NO ONE has come back out to the property to look at the fence after we notified them of all the issues. (Now over a month later) Or, I could just post pictures and you can decide. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Best vinyl is horrible. Their sales rep told us things that ended up not being true, and they installed our fence completely wrong, and different from what we had discussed. After saying they would fix it, decided they wouldn't, and told us it was completely fine - after telling us they don't know why it was installed so poorly. I would never recommend them to anyone. read more

It went bad real fast, sales made quite a few claims, the product installed was not remotely close, they had a lead installer come take a look, he just shook his head, promised too fix it, all we got was excuses from then on, ended up removing fence less then a year later, moral of story..... Find another business read more

I would check around. Their customer service needs a lot of improvement. I called them Friday afternoon, was told the sales man had run an errand and he would call when he got back. It is now Wednesday and I still have not heard from them. I didn't purchase a fence from them but my neighbor did. They destroyed a sprinkler head and put the fence over two other heads. We are in a new neighborhood and we will not be contacting them to do work for my other neighbors or myself. read more

Terrible customer service throughout the entire process. The arrogance from the salesperson(Troy), to the District manager(Jeff chase). The salesperson was missing in action on the day of the estimate, which I had to leave early from work to meet him there. When I called Troy to ask him when he was coming, he didn't even know who I was and obviously didn't have me booked for the time we agreed upon. It just so happened he was free and could come right over. Nice guy, we settled on a type of fence and price, but he told me to wait until September 1 so that we could get better financing, and I agreed. September 1 came and went no call from Troy. I waited a few days to give him the benefit of the doubt but nothing. I called Troy on the 5th of September. Again Troy asked me who I was and how he could help me. I reminded him of that he was a vinyl salesperson and he sold me a fence. He magically remembered and came right over because he didn't have much to do that day either. We got our financing and Troy apologized for the bad business and promised we would not have any more issues. He went as far as to write down the dates that the installers would be there. These days came and went and no call no texts nothing. I called Jeff chase the manager and let him know what was going on and he told me the scheduling associate would call me right away and let me know when the installers would be out. No call from the scheduler(Chad). I called Chad and identified my self and sure enough he found me in their system and told me it would be about a week or so and he would call me the day before. A week went by and to my surprise Chad did call me and the installers were there the next day! They were great! Neat and tidy and polite, although the sprinkler system was damaged, it really wasn't avoidable but they called me and let me know. The posts were in and looked good. This was approximately Oct 1 and I am still waiting for a phone call from Chad to tell me when they will finish. I will update this when they do. Overall for as expensive as Best vinyl is it would be better going with the cheaper company because that is the level of customer service you would expect from a cheaper less quality company that doesn't pride themselves on being the best in the industry. Best vinyl? More like proud of themselves vinyl and lost touch with the client who pays their bills. read more

I have never had any issues with their product, but the customer service is poor all the way around. When bidding a project make sure you need a lot of fence. They charge a $700 minimum so if you only need 50-75 feet of fence you are overpaying on the labor. Also if you have an RV pad on the side of your house that requires a double gate the bid will seem confusing. When doing the bid they will have a line that says "gate" and a price attached to it. They will also charge you for 12 feet of fencing for that same area. In essence the fee that you see for your gate is not accurate as you must then add 12 feet of fencing at whatever the current rate is. In my case the gate charge was listed as $515 then I had to pay an additional $240 for the fencing that will go in the same area as my gate. Meaning the gate is truly $755 not $515. Confusing I know, I brought this up with my salesman and he pretty much told me "that is the way we do it and it's not going to change" I was simply making a suggestion that some clarification during the bid process may help eliminate confusion, but I guess they dont care about that. This company in general seems to have no interest in small jobs or treating people with small jobs with any respect. In my case they did the bulk of my yard on a previous job so it's not like they didn't get my money already. The latest chunk was just to finish up an area that was not ready the first time. Oh well I will shop around for a better company and would recommend you do the same. Not worth feeling ripped off. read more

This company is just awful. I've put off writing a negative review in hopes they would fix the problem they have caused us and our neighbors. I can't say just how much I am disappointed in this company. The installers made such a mess in our yard and our neighbors yard- a year later we are still dealing with the mess. They broke every single sprinkler- and I understand they don't guarantee this part of the fence process- but every single line was hit and destroyed. The worst part is they put the fence in the WRONG spot! Shorting us several feet! They want to charge us all over again to fix their mistake. Plus our neighbors now have to move their sprinkling system once we find someone to move the fence, costing them a ton of money and a huge headache. And communication with the rep is a total nightmare. It's been a year and still no end in sight. They got their money and I guess that's all that matters. I just can't believe how terrible this company is. read more

They worked with the power company because our electrical connection to the power lines prohibited chopping it down easily. When the power company missed appointments set to address the issue, it threw a monkey wrench into their ability to take care of us as they wanted. But they weren't thwarted. Though it took a more circuitous route, they effectively took huge branches off, then felled the main trunk. Finally, they cleaned up all the leavings. They were excellent at what they did. They exhibited creativity in crafting solutions for such a daunting problem in a small space. They were very respectful in all their communication. We would highly recommend this team. We now have used Best Vinyl two different times. We used one of the other companies to do our original fence 15 years ago. It has not held up. REALLY frustrating to not get the job done right the first time. You truly get what you pay for. Back to Best Vinyl, we had them install a deck with their lifetime product. It is amazing we have enjoyed the deck for over 5 years and it looks like it was just installed. They ended up doing a railing around it and new flight of stairs to the yard. This was a major job and originally what I though would look good they recommended a better option and it looks great. From the sales staff to the installers they know what they are doing. Last year my husband removed our old fence because it really looked bad and we had Best Vinyl come in and put in our new fence and our experience with them was just like the first. We had Best Vinyl install a pergola on our deck just over 2 years ago. About six months ago I started noticing some rust but I didn't want to brave the cold to look and I was in denial-if I don't look closely, it's not there, right? Well, summer hit, we bought new furniture, and really looked at it and saw rust was dripping down onto our deck! I was just sick about it and thought I'd have to deal with it on my own. I took a chance, called Best Vinyl and after a little runaround (it was the peak of their season to be fair), my original salesman Mark, stepped in and helped make things right. They came back and took out the steel beams, replacing them with aluminum so there won't be any more rust issues. They replaced any pieces that couldn't be cleaned and cleaned it up so it looks like new. I can't speak for anyone else's experience but I can say Best Vinyl stepped up and did what was right. read more

Our first experience with Best Vinyl was about five years ago. We received several bids but the in the end we chose Best Vinyl and I'm so glad we did! Just recently our neighbors trampoline caused a lot of damage to our fence during a windstorm. They quickly came out to give us a bid and waited until the insurance gave us the ok. The installers were AMAZING!!! Tristan and Kayden were SUPER nice and very professional! Their customer service was OUTSTANDING! I even made them redo a section because it didn't match as well as I wanted and they didn't even hesitate to fix it. They were SO nice and genuine and made sure I was happy with everything. I got several quotes, and to be honest Best Vinyl was not the cheaper one. But when Aaron with Best Vinyl showed up for my last quote I knew I was going with them. He was way professional, knowledgeable and I truly believed he was there for the customer and not just to sell a fence. It started with Aaron and continued with the work crews. Watching them work, it was clear how much they paid attention to detail. I received great customer service throughout the project. Aaron always answered his phone when I had questions and I was regularly updated. We had a large deck that needed to be replaced. We had several builders and decking companies look at it and ultimately decided to use Best Vinyl. Everyone we worked with on their team was very professional. The workers left the job site clean every day and were respectful of our family and kids with their music and language. They worked with us throughout the process to customize the deck exactly how we wanted it and it ended up even better than we had hoped.
