Handy location! Large breakfast (self-pour waffles, donuts, cream, cold yoghurt, fruit cereal) and coffee included. This hotel is spread out on two floors. Small, homey rooms, but with amenities and lots of cushions, pillows (in Winter) and lounge chairs. TVs always work! Hot water, easy parking and safe locks right off the New York City bridges and freeways. Not a bad price at around $100 bucks. Stay for New Year's, graduations etc. It is basically a steep off-ramp of I-95 West. Rebel: 4

The staff and the beds are great. The rest of the place is shit. Might as well not have wall. Very disappointed.

This place is fine. Clean. But they make you pay for a breakfast that any other chain would provide for free.

Here is a summary of why I say this: 1) The gym is below Hilton standard and just plain sad. 2 treadmills, one that is broken. No AC in gym no weights no bench no mat Two old ellipticals Two old style sit down bikes 2) Diamond Members, you do not get any love here. Arrived at 3:45 was told to wait until 4pm by the "front desk supervisor in a suit". Room was not ready at 4 and switched to another room. Tried asking for my complimentary waters as a diamond member and Supervisor did not want to give it to me and basically was giving the lady helping me a hard time. He never actually talked to me directly just to her about me. Very odd. 3) Check out time, there was a line 6 deep for checkout with one person at the desk. I just came back from a 5 mile run outside (because the one treadmill was occupied) and when the "Hilton honors" line was opened walked to the front and was basically made to feel like a POS because as a diamond member I walked to the front. This place is the worst.

Very roomy with hooks for coats, tables for our bags, a couch, basic amenities of water, cups, and a fridge. Very sleek modern design and decor~ bathroom was spotless and mirrors smudge free~ had shower needs including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash~ front desk gave us information on the shuttle to the closest train into the city and did warn us of how limited and timed shuttles come around. Coming back might need transport by public or app rides. Our room was cleaned up upon request~ guests around us were quiet~ there was plenty of parking for my car, but there is sign that states they are not responsible for missing or stolen items since it's not secured~ surrounding area has a great Asian community with lots of Korean and Japanese restaurants that have great ratings so give those a try~ beats a long drive into the city and I think my best food has been outside the city! overall enjoyed my experience!

Because it's right off of 95 outside of the GW Bridge, it's hard to access coming from NY. You can't just cross over the highway, so you have to travel past the hotel for a bit and double back. Also, if you're super sensitive to road noise and traffic lights, keep the proximity to 95 in mind. But, it is a large building and solidly built. Sounds are minimal if at all, especially if your room isn't directly facing the highway. This hotel was very clean, and has a nice lobby. You can get breakfast included, which isn't anything beyond the basic hotel buffet bar, but it's available. There is also as bar( but not a restaurant). The hallways are pretty clean and modern, as was our room. We didn't have any issues with the furniture or bed linens, they were clean. Bathroom was large and there was a desk area where Hubby could get some work done. Internet was fine. Staff is very friendly and I did not encounter any attitudes from anyone during my visit. There are laundry rooms, but for a steep price of $10 for a wash/dry load, I decided to forgo and just wait till we got home. Overall a good stay, and more reasonable than those inside NY and imo more comfortable than what you get at a comparable place over there.

Secondly, customer service wasn't great when they were busy. We did order pizza in and I asked for plates and forks which we were given at the time. We took up a long table near the entrance. When two of the girls in our party sat at a smaller table with access to a tv I went up to customer service and asked if we could get the television on for them and the lady at the front desk stated in awhile after she checked in a guest. We were completely forgotten about after more than hour. I did go up to ask for extra towels and inquired about bottled water and was told it 4 dollar per bottle. I then asked about the workout room and laundry room. Upon venturing into the workout room which was exceptional with a variety of machines but there were no workout towels available. There were also no paper towels in the restroom. Next the laundry room , we found the laundry room and the price was 5 dollar a load. Breakfast in the morning was from 6-9am and had the variety of items. I had some coffee , toast and some eggs. I later grabbed a cup of juice. Took a banana for the road. Overall the hotel met our basic needs and we appreciate that.

The hotel location is convenient to car transport if not the most alluring of locations (think 'office park'). But you're in Teaneck, not Midtown Manhattan so you should already be fine with location. I was. I was not fine with the level of service I received during my 3-night stay. I walked in to be greeted with attitude. Far from indifference, this was hostility. I didn't understand. I, literally, walked out of my rideshare and into negative body language (pursed lips, eye rolls and neck movements) and dismissive language. What made it worse was that at this time, I was close to Diamond status. This is a perk of membership? I wasn't smiled at, greeted, told about the hotel amenities, food options, or, even, offered water. Unacceptable for a hospitality business. The frustration continued with my mid-level room with no view. At first I was just happy to be in a room. This one had a decent size and I liked that I could stretch out. That's when I noticed multiple grains of rice on the floor. Was this not cleaned? The bedding didn't have visible stains but that's not dispositive of cleanliness. My fears were deepened when I went to the bathroom and discovered hair on the shower products. I contacted the front desk. No apology. No new room. Housekeeping came up (eventually, not immediately) and went through the motions of cleaning the floor and bathroom. I asked for a towel set from the cart. I slept in sweats, socks, long-sleeved shirt, and do-rag to minimize the amount of skin that touched the sheets. Again, no visible stains but I don't know if it was laundered (given the state of the room). 2 stars because I didn't leave with a rash. Faint praise, I know.

This would have been a 5- star experience if a few things had been different. First of all, the…read moreshower was impossibly loud, and the water was split about 50/50 between the shower and tap (= weak water pressure and flooding in the tub). The water from the tap for the bathroom sink sprayed quite a bit and it was hard to get the water temp just right. The location of the room at the neck of the ground floor wing meant frequent noise from the ice machine and people talking and laughing while using the machine all hours of the early morning. To top it off, the heater/AC was operating on the outdoor thermostat, so it was either too hot or too chilly throughout the night. Several things I liked include cleanliness of the room, good noise cancelation despite being right next to a massive highway, a mini fridge, extra blankets, and a good mattress. Parking wasn't an issue for a weeknight stay. Exiting the parking lot into the highway took a good 2-3 minutes even on this weekday mid-morning, because of the constant flow of traffic from the offramp.

Sure, getting into the parking lot is a little tricky depending on what time of day you are driving in but being connected to the Hampton Corporation we are sure they will work this out in due time. The parking lot was well lit, clean and had ample parking for the duration of our stay. The lobby was pleasant, comfortable, cozy and smelled great. There were plenty of spaces for us to sit in small groups and chat amongst ourselves without disturbing others who were doing the same. The establishment was clean from top to bottom and there was plenty evidence of their efforts to maintain that cleanliness! So no complaints here. The food was good and received a thumbs up from our grandchildren who can be some picky eaters. The only snafu came with a misquoted rate for one of the days but once we got in touch with the manager he readily agreed to correct the misunderstanding which we expect to happen in the next few days. So compared to some of those old reviews on this site, congratulations have to be given to these folks for upgrading the level of their services!
