    Cardio wait room

Will and Becca front lobby have much on board with excellent people skills and customer service up to par with the pros. Brittany and Bailey in brekfast hall really brightened up the.mor ing with their warm smiles and welcoming hearts.. theres much to choose from for brekfast meals... with personal saunas and pool accompanying wait cardio fitness room. This palace has much to suit your comforts.. oversize bed... and treat upon checkin... I recommend here and implore familynand friends to join the bestbwestern family and get a swim in..

3.5 stars I was passing by Oregon to drive back to Washington and Eugene is right about half-way. I called the same night and was told that they had some rooms. I arrived at about 8pm and booked a room from a very friendly front desk employee. I actually got a free upgrade to a double queen since that was all they had. I'm not going to complain although I wish there was a way I could sleep on both beds at the same time to take advantage. Besides the bed, the room itself was okay. It's a little old looking but if you're just staying for a night and need a place to sleep it's not bad. The TV had cable and even had built-in chrome cast which was nice and I did utilize that. When I book a hotel I only really care about three things: free parking, free wifi, and free breakfast. When I'm searching for hotels those are the filters I put automatically. The parking and wifi were there, but unfortunately the breakfast was subpar. It was take-out only so there was no dine-in option but I was expecting more than a frozen sandwich that I had to microwave myself. I didn't even eat it because it looked so unappetizing. Again, if you're not expecting much this place is more than satisfactory. For a last minute booking I paid about $100 for the night which is not bad at all for a one night stay.

They had a bug problem when I stayed for a night. I found 10+ spiders and flying gnats in my first room and asked for a new room. The second room had an even bigger flying bug on the wall right when I walked in. The 3rd room they put me in had a dead bug and dirty towel immediately when I walked in the door and had a big spider web with a spider in it. I unfortunately had to spend the night in this 3rd room because it was very late at night and I was exhausted. I only received a $20 discount for this.

Worst WiFi I've ever experienced at any hotel. WiFi is 30 Gigabits per second for 10 seconds and then dial-up speed or complete disconnect. The intermittent-ness is super aggravating. I suspect that someone is actively trying to hack their system. If you stay, make sure you have a lot of LTE data to burn and whatever you do don't trust the WiFi. On the positive side; the room has a very nice, new and large flat screen TV with a Roku interface. No printed channel guide. No instructions to find the obscure on-line channel guide that occasionally gets stuck in a useless loop. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Nice front desk personnel. Overall, this property is about $25 bucks per night overpriced. I will not be a return customer.

Look at the gunk around the bathroom fixture I don't clean every single week, but my bathroom is cleaner than that

I want to give you five stars I really do. The customer service in the staff is impeccable incredible wonderful everywhere I recommend their pool which feels like you're swimming in the river, heated pool they better never stop heating that pool cause that was bliss. Also having the combination of a hot tub and a dry dry, sauna, Absolute butter nirvana I'm coming back here definitely for sure this with me and my 13-year-old son, we had a great time and the breakfast was amazing hotel breakfast were usually subpar. This breakfast was amazing now for a few things you should know in room 451. You can see the river beautifully, but you could also see everybody eating in the breakfast if you're sitting in your living room and they can see you as well which is something to note because you can sleep in the living room of 451 which my son was doing on the pullout couch, which I might have to pull out couch at hot chocolate or something it looked like hot chocolate, and fortunately smelled like hot chocolate. My son told me, the tiles were broken and falling off the walls in the bathroom and pink mold in the corners in the bathroom here and there the body wash was empty and the toilet paper was low. Ice bucket was cracked. The TVs were small room for such a wonderful hotel, I wish the flooring was ripping up my socks, because the flooring in the main bedroom was separating out of the floor and ripping up my socks and my feet, the threshold between the bathroom and the main room Was separating and crunching every time I walked past it very disconcerting but again I really like this place. I hope to go back soon. I just really hope you repair these items at 4:51. I would be happy to stay in 451. Again, please feel free to look at all my pictures.

Upon check-in staff was very friendly and helpful to us as the previous Super 8 hotel in Salem was a horrible experience.

The breakfast is excellent and I travel quite a bit! The bar area is small yet pleasant to relax and have a cocktail. I can't say enough about the location. Several terrific dining options and a Trader Joes all within easy walking distance. Downtown is a whopping 5 minute drive away. Follow the signs for check in so you don't wander around the empty lobby like i did my first time staying there. It's on the 5th floor, drive into the structure through the gates going up to the 3rd floor and take the elevator up to front desk check in. Recently had to cancel a reservation and they couldn't have been easier to deal with. I'm headed back for the holidays and will definitely be staying here. Side note: I notice someone did comment on how slow the elevators are. This is true, but manageable.

Check-in was smooth, and the staff member who greeted us was genuinely pleasant and cool, giving us some extra water and few green bags of goodies (returned the next day), promising to wave the parking fee. That's where the positives ended. After a long drive, we dropped our bags in da rooms and went out for a dinner without inspecting our rooms a bit closely. When we returned later that night and checked the beds with a UV light, we were shocked to find stains on both beds. It was darn disturbing (photos attached)! We went down to the front desk to report it. The night staff told us there was no one available to change the linens and no other rooms available to change at full occupancy. Instead, we were handed a set of sheets and sent back to deal with it ourselves. After 10 PM, exhausted, we had no real choice but to accept it. In the morning, we raised the issue again with the new front desk rep. The replacement sheets were not much better, and despite our complaint, the response was limited to verbal apologies only. We were still charged full price for the night, plus a $20 parking fee for overfilled parking lot that's essentially had open access from the street. This is not the level of cleanliness or service expected from a Hyatt. Do your due diligence and do not assume standards are being met. Check your room carefully before settling in. Breakfast on the other hand was great! Variety of eggs, milks and healthy choices beat other Hyatt locations we stated at the next day in Portland. Loved it, and that what basically got the stars.

Let's start with the positives…read more Booked a double queen. It was clean. Decent rate. And it's right next to Oregon State police for those who feel it would add to your safe feeling. Shout out Jose- Manager training a new lady. Amazing guy. Front of hotel looks much better than the rest of it Who ever works the night shift 10/28 front desk.. probably shouldn't be in hospitality. I went down... spoke to him, he looks at me and straight ignored me. I was going to go down and get my welcome gift that you usually get when checking in but it was such a turn off.. I just left. The AC in the room reeeks of mold. I hate this with hotels because Mold actually can get you sick. ( should know this). Plus I had my baby with me. They lied to me earlier today about being sold out for tonight. Funny thing is, I worked with Hilton. I know systems are slow to update but the room I did request is still up tonight . It's 11:32pm. ( yes Guest can still check in) however it's somewhat unlikely being that we are out of tourist season in this area. Also room had no body wash. Not a hard fix but just had conditioner and a bottle of shampoo sitting on side of tub. Either way to end this review: 1. Rooms were decently clean. That's what Matters the most. 2. Last night staff I get it. Don't be fake but do realize... attitude within hospitality matters here in America lol. 3. I'm not a slow cookie. I don't like being lied to Hilton. :/. ---- I didn't take pictures this time but photos looked decently accurate. 3 stars is what I would give it. Would I stay again.. probably.
