I will never go back to this location. The staff was very rude and it seemed like everything was broken and nothing was up-to-date..

Pleasant staff and the room was very clean. Breakfast was waffles and fruit. Can't pass that up. I have mobility issues and my room was CB on the first floor near the entrance vs down a long hall I appreciated that. read more

I want to give five but I can't. The room, bed , bathroom, shower are perfect. There are kids running up and down the hall on the second floor at 8:30 pm. If that s all there is I will do a update. First off, I reserved 2 King rooms and a King Suite for the night, not a cheap trip. I had 7 teen boys with me, mind you, boys that are polite, kind, and considerate. They thanked me for feeding them at the birthday party that we had prior to going to the hotel! We left all 3 rooms spotless!! Only to later get a call from the front desk that I was being placed on the "do not rent list" for the commotion the night before. I asked if they had it on video because there were cameras ALL over this hotel. She told me they didn't need it on video. I corrected her that they actually did because WE had it on video and it wasn't my boys, in fact, my boys were the ones recording it while these teenage GIRLS were running up and down the hallway most of the night, knocking on people's doors, including the boys' door, and running. In the midst of me telling her, she interrupted me and cut me off to talk. I paused then continued and she CUT ME OFF AGAIN INTERRUPTING ME! She is supposed to be an adult, but at this point, was behaving much worse than my own kids even behave toward me, they are not RUDE, as she was. So, I told her to stop interrupting me and talking over me and to shut her mouth and listen to what I have to say. At this point, she interrupted me AGAIN!!!!!!! I then started asking to speak to a supervisor. She finally told me he was not available. I told her I would wait on hold. She told me she didn't even have to call to let me know, it was a courtesy! Are you serious?! She was anything BUT courteous. I again asked to speak to the supervisor, she HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I called back, she picked up and immediately hung up on me again. I called again, I waited on hold a long time this time, then she again hung up on me without saying anything. I called back again, this time she picked up and immediately said that if I continued to call back she was going to report me for harassment!!! Which, clearly, this teen girl working the front with ZERO MANNERS also has ZERO CLUE about the law and how it works. I tried to explain to her it is not harassment when I have asked to speak with a supervisor. She, of course, "knew better than I" and (shockingly) CUT ME OFF to tell me why she was right and it was harassment. This time, I hung up on her. Little did she know, I record all of my calls. I immediately called corporate to report her. I hope for the sake of this business, they get rid of her because she is FAR from being a customer service representative and should NEVER work in a field where she has to talk to ANYONE! I couldn't have cared less about being on the "do not rent" list (though they lost our business for good anyway), but do NOT accuse us of doing something that we didn't do and then INTERRUPT ME (one of the rudest things you can do) to tell me why I am wrong and why you are right! Besides the fact that every single movement IS ON VIDEO!!!!! Pull up the video instead of just banning us, when we didn't do anything. I truly wonder if the girls' rooms got the same call or if this was just a discriminatory call based on gender. Corporate said they hoped it did not discourage me from renting from other Best Westerns in the future, but I will tell you that it did! We will not be a customer there again, regardless of location. I have stayed at a multitude of hotels over the years, being on a travel hockey team. We had 20 teen boys on the team, all staying in the same area on the same floor, not one time at any of those hotels did I ever encounter such a rude front staff person, but those kids were crazy and did run up and down the hallways every night and we never had a hotel tell us not to come back or talk over us when we tried to explain something!!!! Again, if it were true, and she would have called to say that, I would have been ok with it. I get it. I reminded the boys it was a public place and there were other guests and they needed to be respectful of that. They were. However, the (total) 6 teen girls that were on the same floor, clearly did not have the same talk. read more

My daughters and I stayed here for two nights. Our room was plenty big. The main lobby was clean. I'm giving this establishment 3 stars for these reasons: - the pool surface looked dirty and in need of cleaning, and the spa/hot tub looked even dirtier ... the water temperatures were perfect though and the pool area was clean. - our room had several scrapes on the walls, and some tape high up on the ceiling. In the bathroom there were scrapes and also rust and damaged tile at the base of the doorway. - not a lot of gluten-free breakfast options - we could either eat Honey Nut Cheerios or a small cup of yogurt - the morning we left we noticed weird activity in the parking lot ... a car with dark tinted windows with two young girls standing at the driver side area talking to the driver. They came from inside and had food they were taking to the car. I wondered if it was sex trafficking related. read more

Nice property. Good location for easy on easy off highway. A number of restaurants within walking distance. Not much of a breakfast selection. They did have breakfast sandwiches you could microwave. read more

Horrible. Changed rooms 3 times. 1st room looked like someone had crashed open the door, the lock was broke and no working phone. 2nd room smelled like smoke and no working phone. 3rd one had what looked like blood on blind, food on the bathroom light switch, no working phone and what looked like dirt in the sheets. I had been so tired from driving all day and spending 6 hours at the hospital that I changed rooms that many times. After the 3rd, I left. Slept in my SUV. read more

Drug and alcohol use, second floor and elevator reeks of marijuana. The room next to us smoking and vaping plus terribly loud music all night. The front desk worker refused to move us and when I asked that she handle the issue she told me to get over it. I can see 3 other hotels from here we could have stayed at. We certainly won't be back to this hotel for the next 2 tournaments we have here. The front desk worker also allowed 20 people in the pool at one time when there were specific rules about booking times to swim and how many people were allowed in the pool area. The hotel itself is nice and modern. It's a shame it is being brought down by staff. The people partying on this floor are running up and down the halls causing issues. My daughter is 12 and frightened. This wasn't the weekend I had planned for her first tournament. read more

Fridge and microwave was dirty upon check in. Condom reaper on floor beside bed. The staff is rude. Despite privacy sign they Came in my room , went through my things, moved my things all around and claimed it was to get the luggage cart , yet no one called me to simply bring cart back. Then when I called front fest this lady starts screaming at me when I said I wanted to speak to manager. I have called to have trash picked up 3 times and nobody came to get it. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. We loved the pillows so much we asked about buying some. Breakfast was standard , well presented and tasty. Only giving 4 stars because no robe in room to use (when heading to pool/hot tub) breakfast silver ware plastic but flimsy. We have stayed here four times. Clean, convenient and affordable hotel. It is not a five star ritz carltom hotel, but it by far surpasses the expectations for the price and "brand name". The rooms are spacious and relatively quiet. The rooms are cleaned very well and the staff is very nice. The breakfast is nice, and all day fresh coffee is an important touch. read more

After spending a wonderful birthday evening on the town, relaxation was what we desired most of this mini trip. The paper thin walls and inconsiderate loud guests kept that from happening. I'm not one to complain; however, this matter required attention. So after 5 separate attempts asking front desk to intervene to control the noise, asking for late checkout, asking for a room change twice, then finally checking out at 7:00 am, "Best Western" did absolutely nothing to ensure our comfort or address our concerns. I understand the hotel can not control the noise created by hotel guests, but I can not justify paying for a room that could not be utilized for it's intended purpose. My advise, if you dont mind the lack of sound proofing, rude personal, being ignored when expressing concern, and not being able to sleep due to noise, this hotel is for you. For everyone that values their own time and money, I strongly suggest seeking an alternate option. Also, the breakfast was terrible. No refund was issued, we were forced to check out and drive home over 2 hours on no sleep. My 2 loud barking dogs will be a sweet relief compared to the noise that echoed and shook our hotel room walls. read more

The hotel was amazing. It's in a great location, off highway and near plenty of shopping. Amit and Jennifer, the front desk personal was very helpful and accommodating. We were allowed to check in early. The hotel was built in March 2015, hardwood floors, inhouse pool and sauna. We will return. read more

I've been staying here when I come to town to visit family for the last few years. I've never encountered a friendlier front desk staff anywhere else. The rooms are always clean, and comfortable. The location is convenient to a lot of places to eat and shop. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. read more
