Check in went smooth. We head up to our room, hit the second floor and the first thing that hits us is the funky smell of old carpet. There were stains in quite a few places. Definitely needed a good cleaning. Room was a good size, shower and room was decent. No major complaints.

I would stay here again. A very good location and the room is pretty clean. They have Large rooms and decent breakfast. A few things I wasn't crazy about. 1) Mattress/Pillows too firm. 2)The couch in our room was past it's prime. 3) Low water pressure. I gave it a 3 because it was decent and very easy parking. A few other things are they do not do room cleaning unless asked. The pancake maker didn't work a few times and some of the time nobody was at the front desk. *Executive Suite*

Great stay at the Best Western Plus! Friendly staff, comfy beds, and very clean/updated rooms. Also had a tasty hot breakfast in the morning, with many toppings for your oatmeal. Would definitely return again! #SponsoredPromo #cedarbluffinn #bestwesternplus #knoxville #tennessee #hotelstory #entertainer #TravelIgnite #musician #comedian

Best Western Cedar Bluff has a lot going for it. I was in town doing a show at Central Cinema, and I wouldn't hesitate to use this hotel again. Check in with Kristin was fast and painless. The room was great. Some of my favorite things -- a vanity area outside the bathroom, fridge and microwave, plenty of easy-access power ports on the night stand (and the light fixtures above it), and comfortable beds. Breakfast was nicely varied with plenty of hot options. Two kinds of waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, lots of choices. I'm always a fan of a fitness center with some sort of resistance options. Best Western cedar bluff had one of those multi-purpose machines (check out the pic), and it did just about everything I needed it to. Kudos! #SponsoredPromo #BestWesternCedarBluff #BestWestern #Knoxville #Tennessee #HotelStory #Entertainer #TravelIgnite #Comedian

Best Means Best Ambience and atmosphere are the name of the game at this establishment. Courteous staff was available for our late night check in. We were even given wonderful tips on the next time we visit town where to go and who to contact for performances (once we let it slip that we were comedians). Immaculate Lobby and clean rooms make this an A Plus Stay. Wifi Fitness Center Breakfast and Bottomless Coffee take it to the next level. If you forget your equipment, Printing and Computer Use are complimentary as well. Just don't forget to log out before you go. If you're hungry there's 24hr oatmeal, grits, and apples and a microwave and a large "mini" fridge to handle the aftermath. That bottomless coffee is always replenished, even at 3am. Hot breakfast is early but has protein, with a few diff types of eggs, bacon, and hash browns/homefries in addition to the Southern Staple Biscuits and Gravy and the cold bar with toasts, buns, donuts and yogurts. Ample parking and perfect location. They even chatted us up after checkout while we sat in the Lobby to write them up. (They didn't know we were writing them a review at the time.)

The Best Western Plus Cedar Bluff has been our go to lodging for the last couple of years when performing on WDVX in downtown Knoxville. The rooms are comfortable, quiet and clean, right down to the detail of a sealed toilet seat, and offer the usual amenities. The exercise room is well maintained and a blessing after a long drive, or in the morning before the show. The continental breakfast was good with choices for different tastes. The Parkside Grill is an excellent restaurant within walking distance, and the short 20 minute ride to downtown makes this the perfect spot to stay when visiting Knoxville. #BestWesternPlusCedarBluff

The Cedar Bluff Best Western was a little older, but cozy and welcoming. The front desk staff were very sweet and helpful, even at 8am when I thought I left my wallet after check out. Breakfast was awesome, the beds were really nice and I believe they supplied the largest tv I've had in my room all tour. Really happy Ignite booked our stay here in Knoxville.

Nice staff; superfast internet; close to things. I really appreciated this hotel; it was just what I needed during a recent roadtrip. Found a great price for it on Kayak (heart u Kayak) and was happy to see that it was near like 10 places to eat. Bed was wonderful and large; room was clean; place was quiet. Had ample parking. Would stay again.

I started this experience with Best Western Plus GREAT and finished FANTASTIC! I booked a 7 night stay with Priceline for a GREAT price. The booking was for two queen beds or a king (whatever available at the time off check inn). I called immediately and asked the person at the desk if they could reserve me the king bed. His response was let me see what I could do. He finally said yes and booked my stay in a King SUITE for now extra cost. I was shocked at his efficiency and his friendliness. I got off the phone excited for my stay. When I entered into the hotel I was feeling a little apprehensive with my decision to stay because the Lobby seemed a little dated. I soon was distracted with my apprehensions with the gracious welcome that my wife and I received. The room was nice and up to date, it had a desk, large flat screen a refrigerator and a microwave. The bed was clean and mattress good. What really made the visit was the Staff! Every employee greeted me with a smile, eye contact and a greeting. Maria the housekeeper who watched after our room was so loving that we felt like she was really taking care of us. We share our lives during conversation. She always made our bed the way we like with extra blankets between two sheets. She always talked to us and the last day we saw her she purposely stopped working and gave my wife and I a big hug. Then we had Debbie at the front desk who went out of our way to make sure we had cookies when we got back to the hotel late. If you don't know they have a cookie service with free cookies starting late afternoon. We always got back around 11pm and missed the cookies, but Debbie took care of that. Then there was ms Wanda who always had the free breakfast stocked and a fun laugh that made you feel good. Her and Debbie had a great personality and would joke with you. I have truly felt like I was staying at a family member's house this week. I will be back to knoxville and I am going to make sure I stay at this Best Western Plus even without a good price. I finally know why it is a PLUS- because It has the most FANTASTIC people working here.

Soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. SO Luxurious!

Mold in bathroom, didn't smell clean. Not sure they changed sheets from last people. Wasn't the worst, but certainly not the best.

The hotel is a boutique style, and the room was super clean and I enjoyed the toilet was separated by a door in the bathroom. Unfortunately the "Tennessean restaurant" on the second floor was a no go. I'd give it 1 stars for quality and service. I ordered a cocktail and ordered food to go. The bartender was kind and my pomegranate cocktail was delicious, however, I sat at the bar for a good 10 minutes and the customers that said at my seat and down the bar, their empty drinks took were not removed from the bar in a good 30 min after going back down to get the food. The counter was wet and sticky. I upgraded my risotto to add scallops. After getting to my room, I realized they were not included. Also paying $48 for risotto, even to go, coming in a Tupperware just didn't hit me right. This wasn't a cheap Chinese to-go order... I had to call to have scallops brought up and also didn't realize the description on the menu was what it was for the burger, I asked for a new burger or even maybe a bun, but honestly the truffle stuff on their was impossible to get off. They didn't offer to remake the burger and literally 20 min later brought a bun with two rubbery scallops that were way too fishy smelling.

This Drury Inn is relatively new and had very friendly staff during our stay…read more It's dog friendly, our room was quiet and the floors are solid which helps with noise from rooms above. We didn't take advantage of the happy hour drinks but the breakfast offerings included scrambled eggs, both plain and also with bacon and cheese, fruit and breads. We had some food we wanted to eat in our room later that day and I figured we could get some plastic forks and knives to use while we were down for breakfast, but they were using real silverware and non-disposable plates, which was another nice touch. They were happy to get us some plastic utensils to use for our lunch. This is the fourth hotel I've stayed at in Knoxville and it's top on my list.

It was an early birthday treat and probably one of the best things I could have asked for as a very tired mom. Checking in the process was super easy. The front desk person was professional and let me know about their nightly kickback and their morning breakfast. The room was nice and clean. Spacious and not super loud. There was some noise from the highway that is right by the hotel but it's not bad at all. The bed was soft and there was extra seating and also a desk and a fridge and microwave. No complaints at all. The nightly kickback was awesome. Decent food and lots of it. It was buffet style so you could grab what you wanted and then come back for more. It was kept well stocked and if you are over 21 they give you three drink vouchers. Also if you don't drink there is fountain soda that is free and also available 24hrs a day. Also popcorn is available in the evening. Great for movie nights in the room. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Again it was all well stocked and refilled constantly. My stay was super nice. I wanted to be able to relax and really not do anything and this was the perfect place for it. I could go out enjoy my day and then just have the ability to relax and unwind in the evening. I would recommend the Drury to anyone and everyone. It's great for families. They also have a pool and hot tub, which I didn't use, but my kids would have loved. It's also great for solo travelers or staycationers (who just need a good night sleep).
