5th in Eureka. The room was spacious, very clean, and super comfortable with a big bed that made it easy to unwind after a long day. I loved the upgraded amenities -- a modern TV, a newer refrigerator, microwave, and even a Keurig, which made mornings so much easier. The staff was accommodating and made the stay feel smooth and welcoming. Bonus- bath tub! Unheard of!! Great breakfast near pool area! Waffles, pancakes, real eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt bar, and more! Pool area was lovely. Overall, a solid and comfortable experience -- I'd definitely stay here again.

    Loved the heated pool

It was our first time staying at this location and it did not disappoint us! The service was quick, they provided a limousine to drive us to local restaurants! They provided complimentary breakfast and the pool was heated and open late. It was affordable and super family friendly will definitely stay over again!

Surprised there aren't more lodgings with hot tubs let alone an oasis one! This was the perfect way to end our hiking adventure. That, the location, and the complimentary hot breakfast did not disappoint! Very roomy bathroom and rooms and handicap-friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

There are heaters in the outdoor lobby area

This hotel offered some incredible amenities: - A hot tub that was more like a pool with two waterfalls - A pool that is truly heated that you actually feel warmer when you enter - Great breakfast hours with a large array of hot food items - Friendly customer service at the front desk - Complimentary limousine service to nearby restaurants and attractions - A great outdoor seating area with heaters, tables, and even a pool table - Rooms with comfy beds and good water pressure from the showers My family of 3 only booked 1 night here, but we enjoyed the experience so much that we contemplated extending our stay. We took advantage of the lovely hot tub in the evening after we arrived and in the morning before we left! I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were welcoming and friendly and the bed in our room was really comfy! I also loved the fluffy pillows and slept amazingly well. What we loved most was the oasis pool/hot tub area! This area has a pool and large hot tub. The hot tub has two waterfalls and plenty of seating, which is nice because it easily accomodated everyone that wanted to use it. We spent hours in their hot tub and it was so relaxing. They have heaters, towels, a fire pit, pool table, and lounge chairs. They even have a water filling station for you to fill up your water bottle to keep hydrated. The breakfast in the morning had lots of options, which we loved! I made a waffle and it was the perfect way to start the day. There are things within walking distance, which also is a nice plus. We walked to Stu's Brews Drive Thru and ordered a sandwich and veggie bagel. We Ubered to downtown Eureka for Arts Alive, although if it's not raining, it's a short walk which is really convenient. If you are looking for a relaxing stay, I definitely recommend staying here and spending time in their Oasis Spa area!

Vacation stay with the family. Great place, awesome pool area along with the fancy hot tub spa area. The rooms are spacious, clean , excellent internet connection. The gym area is good, with some nice pieces of cardio machines. I would recommend going here.

It was fine for one night but I don't know if I would choose the same type room if staying longer. The hotel has some history behind it and can be a little creepy if you decide to walk around at night by yourself. Our room was #16, located on the second floor. The room was a decent size with a sitting area with two chairs and a settee and a small armoire to hang your clothes. The bathroom was small with a walk in shower but the shower pressure was good and the water was warm. No air conditioning but there was an industrial oscillating fan in the room. Unfortunately, I didn't find the bed too comfortable and the headboard creaked a lot but it was ok for just one night. Taylor at the front desk when we checked in was very helpful and informative. We left early, around 8am and they had a complimentary breakfast available for guests consisting of bagels, sweet pastries, fruit, Tillamook cheese and sliced tomatoes and cucumbers which I presume are for the bagels. Cute spread!

The bed was absolutely comfortable. The aroma of the inn was absolutely overwhelming and not a pleasant odor. Our room was a good size, but the furniture was from when the inn opened in 1888. Not comfortable to sit on and relax on. The curtains were tied back in their periodic decor which made pulling them closed an ordeal ( there were 8 of them). Our door to the hallway had a significant leveling problem and could see into the hallway when the door was closed. Although I can appreciate the charm of the past it felt like everything (carpet, furniture, doors, walls) was "dirty"

All of the chairs in the dining room sink so low, you can just rest your chin on the table and shovel it in. What I found most problematic with this hotel is the lip service to ADA accommodations. There are no grab bars in the bathroom, not even soap dishes you could cling too if you slipped on the very slippery tub floor. The lighting and the switches to the lighting are incredible dim in the room making impossible to see with black on black backgrounds. For low visibility people, the randomly placed 'mood' lighting keeps people like me in the dark. Finally, for people with physical disabilities, getting one's luggage on a cart, then to an elevator, then into a room with extremely heavy doors that swing back so quickly, an injury is almost guaranteed. Unfortunately, I experienced all of this at Holiday Inn express in Eureka. I mentioned some of my difficulties to the registration desk, staff, and as nice as they were, they didn't care... they say they'll remodel next year, but if they really cared about providing accommodations for Americans with disabilities, they make the changes now.

The beds seemed to be firm and the pillows were comfortable. My husband and I had a good night sleep. They offer hard and soft pillows and they are labeled as such on the pillowcases. Never seen that at a hotel before. Room came with a microwave & fridge which was nice to keep our snacks and water cool for the next days journey. Breakfast was complimentary, lots to offer. Eggs, turkey & pork sausage pancakes, cinnamon rolls, bagels, toast, fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice and more that I don't remember. The offer onsite laundry room, a pool and jacuzzi and a workout gym. We didn't have a chance to use these but they were available. The parking lot has a brick half wall with a metal fence around the building. We felt safe where we parked, we checked often and never saw anyone snooping around. You will need a room key to get into the side entrance of building. When we come back to Eureka we will definitely book Holiday inn Express again. We felt very comfortable here and the hotel was centrally located torestaurants stores and gas stations.
