I ended up here on a recommendation from another store in Caldwell. The two people wo greeted me two weeks ago at the front registered were very friendly and helpful and pointed me in the direction I needed to be at. This is where I first interacted with Charlie. Charlie took great care to explain my options, show me some examples, and then sent me home with material to make our decision on for new doors. The customer service I received then, and what continued through today is what other places need to learn from. My emails were quickly responded to and no question was left unanswered. Because of this, SunPro gladly received our business. I don't often get down to this part of town since I live several miles away, and yes, there are two decent "box" stores closer to my home, but I will go out of my way to shop here first to support and continue the kind of service I received. They carry what you would normally expect from a lumber and hardware store, but I'm guessing they will go out of their way to make sure whatever it is you're buying is truly what you need or offer alternatives of need be.

Turns out to be too tight on my ear area I called and ask about their return policy and it's about 30 days which was the only thing nice about this money hungry place. I returned the glasses and while I was waiting seen a 25 dollar bourbon aged maple syrup bottle and thought I'd give it a try. The lady looked at me confused why I was returning glasses 4 days later and that the price wasn't matching, I ensured her I bought them there but she noticed I wanted to credit towards that ridiculously priced bottle of syrup. So that helped speed the process up and tone the hesitation. She wasn't too surprised as well I might add like this is normally accepted behavior, up charging select customers.
