I love looking at better ways to organize spaces, but don't seem to have the creative mind to do what they can. It wasn't until sometime in 2022 that I saw a car in Meridian with the Tidy Style name on the side. I looked them up and couldn't believe I didn't realize they were local. Fast forward to 2024, and I was finally on the tail end of repainting the interior of my home. One of the last rooms was the pantry, which had turned into somewhat organized chaos over the years. Knowing that I would have it completely emptied out, I knew this was the perfect time to finally see if TS was available to come out. Heather was extremely responsive in communication, and understanding with rescheduling. Shea and Amelia came by right on schedule and quickly got to work. They had the entire pantry completed in less than three hours. The transformation was remarkable. I only wished I'd have taken before pictures before emptying the pantry, prior to painting. We are so happy with the work they performed, and are already brainstorming ideas of what areas in the home they could help us out with in the future.

I think a few employees better start getting their resumes up to date. I'm back and pissed now. I can't believe the reviews of how Nancy is so wonderful. OMG, she needs to find another job and take Ryan with her. She was no help from the beginning. She ruined everything, she couldn't comprehend simple instructions, the cement pad was by my fault measured incorrectly because of her ignorance and unhelpful customer service. Ryan didn't care, he just wanted a conference call to save her job. He never checked back and I never heard from the owner, that if I was an owner and new there was a lack of communication and an irate customer I'd be on the phone step by step. Let's see how it turns out by end of build. The installers worked with me very kindly and intelligent compared to the actual office workers. Oh, and your "brillant" Nancy didn't say anything about the door on HER DESIGN, hitting the fence. So I had to have the installers turn the shed MY WAY WHICH WAS THE ORIGINAL WAY, so it won't hit anything. I should have gone with Stor Mor shed

This stager was provided at no cost by my former Realtor, noting my house really did not need…read morestaging, but as it was included - I thought "why not"? I made the grave error of assuming provided staging would be NEUTRAL [i.e not... teal long hair faux fur pillow against lime green floral wallpaper in the sunroom which I inherited when buying the home]; that was not the case. I will attach multiple photos so you can judge for yourself. Consequently - I was not able to use (or had to manually edit - myself) several of the interior photos intended for the property listing. Of equal disappointment.... FACT: I was out of town for 4 days while staging occurred. I was NOT happy to discover this stager took the liberty to turn my 20 year old AC from 73 degrees down to 69 and left it that way for days until I returned. Her retort when I addressed this was "I was working and it was hot". She had my contact info - a courtesy call to ask permission (and remembering to return it to back down to it's original state) would have been GREAT. Given both of these items - I can only give 1 star and encourage you to get very clear on what materials would be used (if you aren't there to supervise the end result). Selling a home is stressful enough - this started that journey on a very bad/disappointing note.

Rich then ghosted me and would not return my call to get the shades installed. I called no less than 10 times, left messages and got NOTHING in return! I think Rich is a great guy, but maybe he doesn't want to help us because I didn't buy the shades through him and he won't make enough money on me. Also, just be honest with me, don't tell me you will do something and then don't!
