The driver, a contracted company, told me I had to call the store and arrange for a new delivery. When I called Meridian store, they told me I needed to call the Boise store and make the arrangements since the refrigerator came from that store's stock. Now I have to wait ANOTHER 7 days for the refrigerator re-delivery. RIDICULOUS. Even further, the AI telephone system Lowe's uses is quite frustrating , and annoying to navigate to even speak with a human being. I intend to go and speak with the Lowe's Meridian store manager about this treatment. Likely it will fall on deaf ears, but at least I will have gotten my point of view across other than via a Yelp review. I guess it doesn't matter that I had to re-arrange my day for this delivery and now I will have to again re-arrange another day's appointments for the delivery. Very disappointing customer care.

Over the last 3 days I've purchased 7 items from Best buy online, all black Friday deals, all with my best buy credit card. Most of the item were in store pick ups. I hadn't picked any of it up. Only one item had a payment plan of 12 month 0% financing. I called customer service to ask if they could consolidate the other 6 purchases to exceed the $499 and get the 18 month 0% financing. The foreign agent misunderstood and canceled all purchases. Unfortunately the item with the 12 month financing was no longer on sale for $299 but now was $524. I was on the phone with them for 2 hours and they were never able to fix there mistake.

We chose to have the washer and dryer delivered. We received a call about 15 minutes ahead of time warning us that our delivery was imminent. Zak and Adam, the two delivery guys. took our old washer and dryer (a brief moment of silence please), and zipped in our new washer and dryer. All of it was clean, precise, and controlled. All told, it took maybe 15 minutes for the delivery. This actually wasn't our first purchase from Wes's. About six months ago we purchased an LG refrigerator. It too was professionally delivered and has worked great for us ever since.

I was looking for a refrigerator, and most their models were over $1300, which is a lot. I just wanted an inexpensive, basic model, and they had nothing. While I was there the clerk was chatting with someone and the conversation extended to the point I couldn't get help, since I didn't want to be rude, but there was only one clerk so it would have been nice if he had just asked me briefly if I had any questions. So--nonexistent service, limited inventory, the models they did have looked very beat up--just not a great place, to me.

The prices are creeping ever upwards, so don't come crying here when they shrug and say "inflation" This location has an especially surly mix of hungover contractors trying to cut in line, so be prepared to toss your elbows out like you're guarding the paint in a street basketball game.
