I have come here and received impeccable care HOWEVER, I went today for pain in my abdomen, something that seems very serious, and I got denied for not having a credit card they can put on file. We got there right as they were opening so that helped. They gave my wife 2 prescriptions that were filled at Costco, close by. All in all, a good experience. read more

I have came here twice and each time they told me my insurance was invalid. This is not true. I in fact called my carrier to make sure and they told me my insurance was active. when I asked the receptionist to make sure, she was incredibly rude waved her hand at me and told me to "just stop so that she could finish". Meanwhile, one of the nurses let her boyfriend or husband go back for his visit immediately. I had set an appointment for 230 and put all of my insurance information in which was accepted while we were waiting. A man comes in, waves, says "babe" to the nurse and they walk back together. The receptionist made no effort to direct me to someone who could help me with my issue and she instead suggested that they see me anyway. She told me she was going to keep my chart and my insurance information up on her screen while I was in my visit. this is not legal this violates HIPAA laws. it could also have led to my insurance, rejecting the claim and me receiving a very large bill unexpectedly. I would be very careful if you are coming here because this smells like insurance fraud !!!!!!! there are signs everywhere that say if your insurance is not accepted that the minimum payment is $250 it seems awfully convenient that my insurance was not accepted and yet their sign everywhere advertising their payment plan. beware!!!!! read more

Nothing associated with this place has anything to do with the word "urgent". Went in for an X-ray as the website, turns out they don't do them, came out with a 5 second conversation with the desk worker. I think a rebrand to something along the lines of "Slight Inconvenience Care" would do wonders for customers. I'm sure that desk worker is sick and tired of telling customers they can't offer their needed services. I would put a negative amount of stars if I could. read more

From out of state and a bug bite turned bad landed me looking for medical attention. All the staff was super nice and with two patients in front of me, i only waited about 30 minutes. The nurse and doctor had us seen and discharged in about 15 minutes. I only had 2 hours until i needed to be at the airport. So they were super attentive and helpful getting us in and out! read more

Insane overcharges. I went in for a common female health issue and saw a doctor for under 3 minutes and they billed it as a 30-40 minute office visit (code 99214) which is meant for "acute injury that requires medical attention or potential surgical intervention". I called and asked them to lower it to code 99211 or 99212, which is much more appropriate for a non-urgent problem, and they said they did not bill that low. I am now stuck with a $170 bill for 3 minutes of care. My sister got a covid test and never saw a doctor and they billed for an office visit with a doctor. After hours and hours on the phone with them, she could not get them to change it and ended up paying $150 for a "doctor visit" that literally never happened, for a covid test that is supposed to be paid for by the government. Much better off going to B2 on main street - their codes and billing are honest and they are much easier to work with. read more

Went in for covid testing and found that they have a great, automated process to get registered and scheduled. I showed up when she suggested and walked right in. I ended up testing negative but they were super helpful and quick. I hope I don't need them again anytime soon, but I was impressed. read more

I had been feeling rough and congested but Spring finally arrived so I assumed it was just allergies. But after a week of feeling bad and my ears were really hurting, I took my temperature and it rang in at a whopping 102.9 we (my husband and I) jumped in the car and since everywhere else was already closed, BestMed was our only option. There were very nice and had me in a room in 5 minutes. Our nurse was so helpful and kind, the doctor was immediately in the room and said that yes, my ear was very sick and since the pharmacies in town all close by 8, she gave me a big shot of antibiotics and also a prescription for Diflucan so I wouldn't get the dreaded yeast infection that comes with antibiotics. All in all it was efficient, pleasant and everything I needed and no unnecessary testing. I was already feeling better by the end of the night, thanks to the shot. I'm very pleased with the care I received and would not hesitate to return if I was ill again. read more

Unless you are getting tested for COVID, avoid this place. I was injured in an accident and made the mistake of going here. While sitting in the waiting area, 4 different people walked in with COVID symptoms. Why a health facility would allow symptomatic people to walk in and potentially infect others is mind boggling to me, especially since there are electronic means of checking patients in and managing testing. Additionally, the person working the front desk told me it would be "just a few minutes". After sitting there 30 minutes I walked out and went elsewhere. This is the best urgent care I've ever been to. The front desk gave great service and sign in was simple. There was no wait on a Saturday afternoon. My nurse was caring and patient and took her time. And Dr Jen Cain was fantastic. She listened and took extra care to inform me of all of my possible situations, did a physical exam and contacted my other doctors to get me into other appointments for future appointments. My husband had an appointment at 1:30. He got there early and they had him sit on his car for 2 and a half hours before they finally called him in to be tested. Then they sent him home with only the instructions to quarantine. They said there is no medication they can give him. It was a complete waste of 3 hours of his time. read more

Absolute rip off! My bill came to $330 for an urgent Care visit. That's borderline fraudulent. No wonder insurance rates are so damn high

I would like to say that we used Nova Urgent Medical, in Bozeman, MT to set up a rapid COVID test, for a flight to Alaska, which had to be 72 hrs from departure. When we called this facility a person set up appt & she reassured us they could do rapid test for that purpose & we would receive results right away!! She told us times available & we set appt. We traveled from out of town to have this test, upon arrival, they told us the rapid test was no longer acceptable w/ the state of Alaska. We then asked WHY we were told differently when we set up appt? They would not take accountability of why we were uinformed! Would not recommend this medical facility to anyone as they totally denied that they uniformed us! And then basically shifted the blame on to us!! Was very disappointed & by not taking responsibility for their mistake lacked true professionalism!! read more

The visit was fine, nice staff, no problems. I went in for a simple ear infection. They asked me for my insurance card and my debit card and told me they would be sure to tell me if they took any money out of my account. Low and behold two months later they took $250 out of my account, absolutely no notice. I found out from my bank statement. I immediately called their billing department and turns out that they filed it under the wrong subscriber name with my insurance company so they charged me the full amount. They resent it to my insurance and told me to call back and see if it went through within a week. I called back, left multiple messages and they would never reply, even called the office manager with no response. I feel scammed, unwelcome, and unheard. Do not go here. read more

Scam artists. I went to ZipClinic and went through the initial process of check-in, which was completely normal. I saw the PA, which was completely normal. Then I saw the doctor for under a minute, she wrote a prescription and that was it. She didn't personalize the experience at all-felt like a cold, sterile office at that point. Then, as I was leaving, I had no idea how much the bill was going to be. They would run it through insurance and then let me know the balance. Two weeks later I receive the bill for $200. Needless to say I was furious and refuse to go back. They should have some idea how much a patient is going to pay before the patient leaves. read more

She said, "yes, it'll be just a sec (meaning) second. The sec turned into more than 10 minutes. I don't like to hang up, but I had another appointment. My partner and I both had covid tests done at Nova in Bozeman. The nursing staff and doctor (Tana I believe it was?) were absolutely wonderful and took the time to answer questions without rushing us out the door, even though they were clearly very busy. While our actual care was great, my partner was treated unbelievably poorly and even mocked for not having insurance, which he recently lost due to the pandemic, by the receptionist. I'm totally disappointed in this woman's behavior and can't believe how terribly she treated a patient who was scared, sick, and didn't want to be there any more than she wanted him to be. read more

This was by far the worst experience I've had in a long time. I needed to get tested for Covid to travel. I gave them a call and we scheduled an appointment at 10am. Once I got to the building around 9:30 I called them and they told me to wait until I get a call back from them. I waited over 45 minutes to get tested. What's even the point of having an appointment? I'm not sure. I understand they are busy but the secretary at the front office was rude. After I got tested, the medical assistant told me I can expect results after 15 minutes. Over 45 minutes later I still did not have any results. Once again, I know I'm not the priority and I understand there are a lot of people waiting but it is not a reason to lie to me and make me wait 3 times longer than I should. Once I finally got my results I talked to the secretary and told her what happened and she started arguing with me. I honestly find this extremely unprofessional and quite disrespectful. I understand that COVID is a big issue right now, but that doesn't accept how rude the staff was and how long I had to wait to even just get a phone call through. I wanted an hour on hold before anyone talked to me and I had one questions and she quote said " I have other phone calls to get to" even though I wasn't finished and she hung up. I try to go in for a walk in and they still haven't called me back for a walk in and it's been 24 hours since I called. Worst service ever will never go back to this Nova urgent care as all there employees and staff should be retrained for customer service. I went into Zip Clinic in a lot of pain and sick to my stomach and left feeling just as terrible. The clinic's upscale, clean location made me feel optimistic. The two male nurses who assisted me were very kind. The online check-in is also convenient. I saw a Nurse Practitioner V. as my provider and after a brief conversation she said named two medications she was going to give me. I politely asked if there was an alternative to medicine xyz, as I had had it in the past and not tolerated it well. She became uncomfortable or defensive and stated "We don't have anything else in this clinic." I told her in that case I'd prefer not to have xyz. She then stated a different kind of medication altogether could be given, and so I agreed and received those injections. They checked on me several times over the 1 1/2 hours and asked how I felt. Each time I said I was unfortunately not feeling any different. One of the male nurses was sent in to again offer me medicine xyz, which I again explained I did not tolerate well. He also said the phrase, "We don't have anything else in this clinic," and left. After about 2 hours the NP came to discharge me. I had to go to the ER, which I was hoping to avoid in the first place. They found me to be severely dehydrated with a fever and treated the pain I was having as well. I can't help but feel visiting the Zip Clinic was a poor use of time and money at best, and dangerous to my health at worst, as the provider did not seem concerned with my pain or other serious symptoms. read more

I feel bad giving this place even one star. While being seen by the initial nurse I was asked if I had any major recent surgeries. I said yes, I had a hysterectomy. Within a few more questions the nurse asked me if I was pregnant or breastfeeding I said, "um noooooo." I was then asked if I planned on becoming pregnant at which point I said I had a hysterectomy. This might not seem like a big deal, but it is to me and other women. The nurse practitioner then came in. After a QUICK checkup it was diagnosed I had a sinus infection. I was asked again if I was planning on becoming pregnant or breastfeeding because the antibiotics she was going to prescribe weren't good for that. AGAIN, I had a hysterectomy. After all of this I proceeded to check out where the receptionist told me that because I had insurance I didn't owe at that point. She guaranteed me that they would email and text me before taking any funds out of my account. An entire month later without warning 223$ was taken out and they had charged my insurance 278$ but I hadn't met my deductible. . I was stunned at the amount. My checkup included no tests, swabs or other information. It was literally a 10 minute conversation. Save yourself the heartache and money and go anywhere else but here. read more

My husband had a scheduled appointment with Nova. When he arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time, the receptionist told him that due to a lot of walk-ins that they'd get time him in 30-60 minutes. Of course the obvious question is why bother with an appointment? Essentially, he was being treated as a walk-in himself. There is no problem with taking walk-ins, but the logical thing to do would be to take the scheduled appointment next (as close to their scheduled appointment time as possible assuming they are on time). Walk-ins should be worked in around those who take the time to schedule an appointment and actually show up on time. It's a ridiculous and illogical way to run a schedule. Plenty of other clinics run their schedules by working walk-ins around scheduled patients. I can't recommend a facility that can't even manage basic scheduling . If they can't effectively manage their schedule imagine how everything else behind the scenes is run... read more
