They have always been attentive and respectful. I did have one PA that I didn't really mesh with but I was easily able to work around that. And I don't care where you go nowadays, you need to be on top of your test results, make a follow up appointment.. There's a reason for My Chart and MVMC website which I believe is Athena...With the overwhelming number of patients now there is always a huge delay in the doctors office reviewing them as there's a huge backlog because everyone in the free world gets the same care now whether you have the best insurance or Medicaid..That's what happens when the healthcare system is overwhelmed and people make appointments for things that are unnecessary.. So read your test results and research the terminology used. Then express your concerns about the results with your doctor. It's very simple and takes just a couple of minutes to look up the terminology in your results.. Then you know what's going on with yourself. Don't be lazy and take some responsibility for your own wellbeing.. Very happy and content to be a patient of MVMC..!!

The patient is 100 days overdue for facet injections for pain. By the time he gets an appt. at the VA he will be 135 days overdue for pain treatment and needs to go back on Morphine for a month. THEY WILL NOT "CALL YOU WITH AN APPOINTMENT." Tuality OHSU Ortho did not tell the patients or the VA Community Care that there are no appointments. Sarah NUTTBROCK (Portland VA Community Care for pain) continues giving veterans referrals to this place. She had 'no idea' that Tuality OHSU Ortho was "moving their procedure room and no appointments are available." (as per Shelly) Shelly will not help you by connecting you to anyone in authority who could assist you. Instead, Shelly will give you the "patient relations" number, where Margarita will tell you she is sorry. Poor Communication, Rude and Dismissive. Front desk person seems to be there for Spanish speakers only and does not appear to understand or speak English. .

I would post, he would report to remove it, then I would repost and the loop repeated. I'm coming to Yelp and reposting for the final time. People get away with things because they rely on others being quiet about it and I won't be silenced. Here are some more details I initially left out of the below review because Taxman seemed confused. While I was having a panic attack he held up his wedding ring hand in front of him and waved his hand around showcasing his ring-- I'm not sure why he thought that was appropriate? What does his relationship status have to do with my appointment? Is this standard for all his appointments? He seemed confused, I told him while in the middle of a panic attack I'm not here to date you??? I'll continue to repost this until the end of time, no patient should have to tolerate this and then pay $800/hour My appointment with Dr.Taxman was incredibly disappointing. I had a small panic attack at the beginning of the appointment, when I recovered I looked up and his head was tilted down and eyes looking up glaring at me... he looked angry? We just sat there and stared at eachother for maybe 60 seconds until I broke off the stare off. It was scary, bizarre, and cruel. I was as mostly looking down with my eyes closed during this panic attack, so idk if I said something but I was kind of hyperventilating too. Nothing warrants that response from a doctor though. I still asked about my issues though, I have year round allergies I asked about and he shrugged and mentioned one drug, that was it. We went over two prescriptions I have, he said wow that's a high dosage when referring to my antidepressant, he did not elaborate. There was a knot on my throat he said he would be willing to see through till the end-- I'm OK, I'll go to another doctor. It's clear he didn't want me in the appointment and he had an attitude the majority of the time. He rolled his eyes twice while I was talking. I read glowing reviews from other patients who he's helped with similar issues before booking. He did help me some and he softened up near the end. There were several other issues but I'll leave it at that, he seemed confused by the purpose of the visit. I overestimated his abilities as a professional and as a doctor. Taxman has weak character and questionable moral compass if this is how he treats people/patients.

The real reason this makes me happy is because of the trauma my son went through as a patient himself. He was ridiculed by Dr. over a medical emergency he suffered as a newborn and this behavior by a medical professional should not be tolerated. My son has had to deal with this his entire life and Dr. Hoffman took his trust away and has really messed up his self confidence and body image by not respecting my son and by being a jackass over something that my family has dealt with that is 1 in 1 million his entire life.

She is one of the best. Dr. Lencho introduced himself and we stuck up conversation on what was needed. He was very personable and talked up some sports and made me feel like he cared! The treatment went very well. While I was waiting another patient came in who had a terrible toothache. The doctor knew the work would take longer than closing time. He said he could do the work as the patient was in pain. The people here really care about the patient. It sure made me feel like they all wanted the best for each person. It's just very convenient to be able to have your teeth cleaned or fillings worked on during the weekends without having to conflict with our busy schedules and most locations open 365 days a year. Since 2014 Dr. Thomas Pham DMD has helped us. He explains the situation very concisely before and after every treatment and he's always cautious trying to AVOID DISCOMFORT. In his staff, Josh was also very communicative and PROFESSIONAL. PRICES are very REASONABLE: Even though my last visit was not my first, I had not been to a dentist in quite a long time and they took some X-Rays and performed a regular cleaning. For the whole thing I ended up being charged $317, which was entirely covered by insurance and they had all this information on file. Although I haven't had an EMERGENCY yet, while I was waiting in the lobby, someone walked in asking for help and after a brief evaluation he got an appointment for 5 hours later the same day. They have magazines and a TV was playing "Avengers" which is not bad. Having free Wi-fi could make the wait more pleasant but I only waited a few minutes.
