They sent my bill to collection without billing me. The first time I went there I never received a bill then months later I went again and they said people haven't been receiving bills and I wouldn't get charged a late fee if I paid it then. So I did and then I asked about will I actually receive a bill for this next visit the lady said yes everything fixed so if your insurance doesn't cover it all you'll get a bill. I never received a bill again so I figured it was covered then a year and half later I get served papers from a collection company saying I never paid a bill. Very frustrating because I would have paid the bill if I RECEIVED it. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! And if you do, do not give them you card number for file. They charged an extra 450 on my card a month after our visit and after they took our our deductible. After many many attempts to get statements and understand what this was, I could never get anyone that spoke english and I never got any response. Tried calling and no answer. Showed up and were greeted by this sign. "Momentarily" means well over 15 minutes. The websites says to call for xray availability. Called again while there, no answer. Their phone rang multiple times while we waited and no one answered, as voices/laughter in back are overheard. If you close for lunch, then post such so people aren't wasting their time. Went there because I knew I had an ear infection and needed irrigation in the other ear. When I sat down I said this and she refused to irrigate or clean the good ear even though I had no hearing out of it, said it was because the other ear had an infection and it could cause damage. I am allergic to amoxicillin and penicillin so I can't have the usual medication and told her this, she prescribed me pills even when I asked for ear drops because I've never had luck with pills, she refused and sent me off. Using the pills I lost all hearing in the ear with an infection and it did not help clear the infection at ALL. I call and explain this and ask if I can come back to get see and not pay the $200 again (no health insurance.) they told me I would have to pay again to get seen, and offered no help with the fact the medication did not work and I could no longer hear. The doctor did NOT listen no matter what I did it was upsetting, I've had one ear irrigated with an infection in the other before. read more

Do not go here. After asking if they had xray abilities for broken bone and them saying yes and waiting two hours we were then referred to get xray. The doctor prescribed steroid without proper evaluation (pa today told us that should not have been prescribed as that steroid slows bone healing) and Dr at urgent care also referred for wrong xray so we had to go back for new X-rays to hospital. The care was tolerably decent. Their billing department are a pack of thieves. Paid in full on the 4th. They cashed the check on the 11th, and then billed me the same amount again on the 20th. I tried to call the billing department multiple times and got dropped into the black hole of phone tree computer idiocy and terminal hold until I finally gave up at 45 minutes hold time. Worse, they claimed to be In Network with Blue Cross but I ended up having to pay the full cost out of pocket. Never again will I set foot in one of their facilities. Do not recommend 0/10. The only reason they got 1 star is because that's the minimum you can give on Yelp and still write a review. read more

The front desk woman that checked us in was extremely rude and was in a hurry to sit on her ass and watch the news playing on the tv waiting room. We were the only ones in the room And she was rude, called my kiddos name and I didn't understand what she said because she was so off on the name when I asked oh you mean......... she just stared at me offended for correcting her inability to try and sound out. Only reason you should ever go here is minor things you can't do at home- they suck this is my 3rd visit unfortunately it's the only one open near me. If you can avoid it I would read more

Brought my father in for a UTI, the first receptionist super friendly and they were fast to get him back and gave him a cup to fill and bring back. We went to dinner, filled the sample cup and brought right back. Gave to different girl at the front desk who seemed inconvenienced. I said we will wait for results so we could fill his RX before leaving town. Without even checking with anyone told us it's going to be awhile, and they will contact us. No one ever contacted us! The next morning I called and was told a Rx was sent into the pharmacy the night before. Hey thanks for not sharing this info with your patient? Clearly not URGENT enough?????? Never going back here. Not only did BestMed get us in quickly, they worked with our insurance and were able to quickly diagnose strep throat, get us information and send our prescription to a local pharmacy.
