This was my first time dry cleaning so I was pretty nervous having heard dry cleaning horror stories, but this was a great experience. I was having a petty coat dry cleaned, it was taken in very quickly and I was given a ticket and also a text message was sent to my phone to track my order. The time that they told me it would be completed was exactly the time it was completed. I had left some items in the pocket of my coat without realizing and when I picked up my coat, they handed me a small bag with the items I had left in my coat. That detail made me very happy since it shows that they truly took the time to carefully and meticulously clean the coat. My coat looks brand new too! I originally had thought that maybe I should have bought another one since it originally looked like it couldn't be salvaged, but I'm happy I took it to this place. I have just started going to Bestway Cleaners, i've tried several other dry cleaners and none of them have met my expectations (I admit my expectations are pretty high.) I had absolutely no hope for Bestway Cleaners because of all of my other experiences with other drycleaners. I walked in and automatically i felt so welcomed. The employees were so amazing and kind. I was expecting for it to take 4-5 days to clean my clothes, but they told me it would be ready the next day! I was truly amazed. I returned to Bestway the next day to pick up my clothes, and i was honestly shocked. It was spotless! I was so happy to finally find a dry cleaner that met my expectations! I am so happy with the results and i will definitely be going back to Bestway! Bestway is definitely the Bestway to go!! read more

Finally done with Bestway. While convenient with the drive thru the service has progressively gotten worse. The owner "Tim" could care less. I've personally lost three pairs of pants with this service. Brand new pairs, never worn. Maybe that was an anomaly so I continued to use their services. My girlfriend and I returned from a vacation where she purchased two unique sarongs which she wanted cleaned. Those too are gone. Add to this her blue pant suit a week later. Gone. These people never take blame but rather suggested we lost the items going so far as to verbally yell at both of us in person and on the phone as well as have one of their employees bully us into leaving and dropping the issue of the lost items. Don't take a chance with this cleaner, there are many more out there. read more

I'm not one to write a negative review to be honest with you I've never written a negative review because I know it can drastically affect business and people's livelihood however in this case I feel it's justified to write this review because I have consistently received not just bad service but disrespectful/insulting service. It first started when I request my clothes to be dry cleaned with a certain level of starch and every time they come back to me and on THEIR tag it reads a different level of starch than what I gave them this was frustrating but I decided I could work it out with them so I spoke to manager on multiple occasions and they consistently blamed it on their computer system and still to this day they will not get the Starch level right. however I'm a pretty easy-going person and despite this continue to use their service knowing that I will never get the starch level I want I think most people would've already written this company off at this point but not me I always give people the benefit of the doubt but the terrible service continued She's an older Hispanic lady Who works at their San Antonio location and is consistently rude and disrespectful to customers. Every time I drop off my clothing she has a snooty statement on how I bring too much clothes at once and that I should be using the night box as if my business inconvenience her. Wow what a problem I'm bringing her To much clothing that her business will make money off of but yet she decides to complain about itand not only once this happens every single time I go as if she doesn't remember that she griped at me the last time for bringing too many clothes. And to top it all off it took me a week to go back and get my clothing ONE time and when I go to pick up my clothing she makes a comment that I left my clothing there too long and I need to pick them up quicker next time. Did you care to ask why it took me five days not that it matters anyway because honestly five days isn't that long but my father got put in the hospital and so I didn't make it to pick up my clothes that week sorry to inconvenience you. So just to recap they complain when you bring them too much business at one time and then complain when you don't pick up your clothing in a timely manner whatever happened to the customer is always right. Unless you want to do business on their terms prepare to be insulted degraded as a customer or even better do what I'm going to do and find another dry cleaners. read more

Based on an experience I have just had (7/21/12) I advise that everyone be very careful when dealing with this company.. I brought 7 shirts to be laundered at a price of $2.18 per shirt. Bestway opted to dry clean 3 of them at a price of $4.99 each despite each one being clearly market as "machine wash." When I asked why, their responses made no sense. It was suggested that I go to their main store, at the above address, to speak with the manager. I did. The woman in charge told me he wasn't there and they had no way to contact them. She did acknowledge though that the shirts should have been laundered. This seems like a classic Cleaner's scam including their claim of there being no one in charge to address the problem read more
