I am 58 years old just came back from a vacation with zero children. The clothes came out of the wash just fine, dryer that is a different story. I was in tears when my cycle ended, blue was all over my clothes. Took a few pieces to the attendant they were oh you had crayons. Tried to wash again, still blue all over the clothes. Their solution, leave the clothes let us try a stain remover, these were designer sweater and T-shirts. I rewashed and all the blue was still there.

They have about five of them and the people here always act like they own it once they touch it so there's never one to use to transfer your clothes from one side to the other unless you happen to get here in a day where there's kind people washing their laundry. Today there's a homeless guy sleeping inside and every single one of the carts has peoples personal stuff in them next to washers so there's nothing to use it all and I can't even find a person to talk to you about it in here and that's the first time I haven't been able to find anyone here. Of the 10 times I've use this place two times. I actually had the things I needed like the carts because someone was nice enough to share. To the owners, I recommend putting up a sign that says no sleeping in our building. These carts are only for use for transfer not for you to keep while your clothes are washing so that other people could use them do you know things like that? This was the closest laundromat, but I think I will not go here anymore. I brought my stuff in today and after I saw it was going on in here walked out immediately. I would rather drive an extra 10 miles to do laundry, then deal with what's going on in here today. This is…read morea very clean laundry and it's very pleasant to just actually sit outside and not be bothered by anybody. I'm actually washing some area throw rugs in a triple washer that cost me $5. There are coin dispensers that I reliable. There is also an attendant here and she's very helpful. I think the prices might be a little high. But I would rather trade off being in a clean safe pleasant laundrymat with nobody bothering me then to be in an overcrowded laundromat where there's a lot more people and a lot more drama. Anyway I will come back here I think it's a fine laundromat. I will say some of the machines maybe need a little bit of adjustment for the latches but I mentioned that to the attendant and she said that she would let the owners know about it. Yes, the washers steel your quarters. Yes, the machines are more than 15 years old, and they charge more than they should, but it was quiet and never busy. I will not go back because of what happened a few days ago. One of the dryers stops working. I usually do laundry for three people, and it takes almost 2 hours and 30 minutes to get it done. The laundry attendant (whom I had previously had no problem with) quickly blamed me and could not refund my 1.50. I had to prove my laundry wasn't too heavy for the dyer. He kept on berating me and completely escalated the issue. I was annoyed that I had to stay an extra 40 minutes (3 hours and 10 minutes total time loss), but I did not blame or yell at him. I cannot go back to this location (or any other). I will move on where I won't be yelled at, shamed, and blamed. In summation, the laundry mat is run down, overpriced and the machines steel quarters ...if you have a problem with a machine, expect the laundry attendant to yell and blame you, first. The buiness owners dont care about their customers... It's refelcted in landrymats enviorment (multiple locations) and who they employ.
