I rang them with 4 days lead time for the job. I have an elderly mother in the Albuquerque area that I take care of from 1000s of miles away so I rely on good yelp reviews and clear communication from businesses I contract to assist with things she needs done. This past weekend an exterminator found 3 bedbug carcasses in one room of her house and advised that we do a proactive full treatment to prevent any real issues. Part of this treatment plan requires that all textiles in the home get a deep cleaning in hot water or dry cleaning. I contacted this business and the lovely lady Suzy(?) at the reception took down all of my information and understood the situation and the ask. She told me she would verify with the business owner that they can take on the job. They called me back and said they could do it. So I setup a pickup for today (friday leading into the memorial day weekend). We have an exterminator coming by tomorrow to complete treatment. But, when the delivery guy gets there to pick up the laundry he calls his boss to say it's a lot of stuff. I had been clear it is every article of clothing and linen she owns. It's 6x 20gal trashbags and 3x 10gal trashbags full of laundry. Last minute, the owner calls me back and waffles before finally deciding he doesn't want to take on the job. Now I'm stuck trying to scramble and find someone last minute who is professional and stands by their commitments. I offered to pay any overtime or additional charges but the owner refused. Suzy the receptionist earns an A+ for being a pro, polite, and courteous. The delivery driver and the owner earn an F for being terribly unprofessional, backing out of a commitment and leaving my elderly mother stressed out. Kind of a dick move. Can't recommend these folks at all.

I took five pairs of designer jeans to them, two were to be taken in and three were to be hemmed higher with precise measurements given as requested. Apparently no one put my phone number in association with the clothes I left, which is why no one had called me, which I thought was funny because I gave it three or four times as requested. I go pick them up and immediately notice that the pants that were hemmed were folded on the inside and stitched over it with the incorrect color of thread so not only were they bulky they looked awful like whoever was doing the alterations, had never stitched clothing before. The two that were to be taken in were completely ruined because she cut the entire seam out out of the rear area and stitched it back together so that it was completely obvious they had been altered and badly. I was told to take them to the San Mateo location because that's where the alterations happen. I spoke with Jackie who was absolutely wonderful by the way and the only reason I didn't completely lose it over this whole situation. Her customer service was fantastic, unlike management and the woman who does the alterations - who actually told me they'd be free because I was upset they were done where you can see the mistakes and the shakey seams (the pants that were hemmed all of the seam lines were wiggly at best), but then management said no refund and offered me a 20% discount on my next alteration for the mishap - not at all taking any responsibility for what happened. They wouldn't even refund me for just the two butchered pairs that are likely un salvageable. This was $1000 worth of jeans ruined. Needless to say, I will not be returning and if you want alterations, I would suggest somewhere else. They're probably a great dry cleaner, but don't go there for alterations.

European laundromats have 10 machines for the whole establishment. It's awful. I am proud to be an American lol I love their super large machines especially for large blankets. There is one in the front and several more in the far back. We've left our laundry here, came back, no issues. I read a negative review because this Laundromat requires quarters. There are laundromats that don't require quarters?! Where is this magical place? lol This is your standard laundromat. It works. It gets your clothes clean. And it's large so you don't really ever have to wait for a machine. Oh! Annnd there's plenty of parking!

The counter attendant was pleasant, polite, and answered all my questions. The turn around time for picking my items up was quicker than I had imagined. I dropped off on Monday mid morning and received a text Wednesday mid morning that my items were ready! That's a LOT faster than I'm used to back in Orlando. Two of the times I was given a pick up date and time and upon going to retrieve my items, they were not ready. One of the items took an additional three days and then when I received the item, they turned my white dress pink. Another item has some silk, and they have completely stained the silk and made it look worse than when I brought it in. I DO NOT recommend. Not to mention it is very pricey.
