However to not even have an exchange or store credit offered when clearly the item still had their original price tags on it is absurd. They could have issued me store credit, charged a restocking fee, and they would still have us as customers. Store credit would not only guarantee a return customer, but it would also show ' good faith ' and appreciation to their customers. We wont be returning. Once I arrived home one half of my whole lamination had a scratch right on the middle of the whole roll. Thats 50ft in the trash and the funny thing is that they charged me for this. Another time I got a new Roland vinyl sticker roll as matte. I was working on my project and was ready to use the material when I realized it was labeled wrong and it was gloss instead of being matte and full if fingerprints everywhere.
