So I have purchased so manny new item that I taught came straight from factory but I was wrong. I got a matte Roland 30 inch 50 ft lamination roll and asked if they could cut it to a size. Once I arrived home one half of my whole lamination had a scratch right on the middle of the whole roll. Thats 50ft in the trash and the funny thing is that they charged me for this. Another time I got a new Roland vinyl sticker roll as matte. I was working on my project and was ready to use the material when I realized it was labeled wrong and it was gloss instead of being matte and full if fingerprints everywhere. It was 9pm when I noticed. I can keep going, avoid this location at all costs unless u really need to. Some workers there don't have any pride on their work or hate their job. Go to the location in downtown LA. Great service even tho is way more busy but atleast u know u will get what u bought and take pride in their work. read more

Honestly I just want to be fair, I'm really not in this industry for their materials but I came along with my wife. You walk in, no frills. It's a warehouse with supplies! What is cool about this place is they have enough staff, or at least. Seems like they do, to help customers. You get greeted and paired up with a specific person to grab your materials from the wall! I'm talking about all the vinyls. So anyways it's great here Blaise the wait is very minimal. Ran into a bind and needed more vinyl. I live about an hour and 20 minutes away from this location and traffic on the 91 can be intense easily making it a 2 hour commute or so. I called and a worker named Selena took my order via phone, said there wasn't any of the vinyl I was looking for in stock but she would get it shipped from another location. Been a long time Customer since they were in Anaheim. They recently moved on to bigger and better places in Santa Ana. New store is huge. On a downside...parking stinks. So here is your warning. New location has no parking lot. There are a few spots in front. If not park on one of the side streets. Located right across from Dollar tree on Main st. Disregard your Waze, Android Auto ect. They will get you lost. Building is huge and takes up whole block. Easy to spot. Tons of supplies here for do it yourself T- shirts designs and signs. Lots of heat transfers, a rainbow of Vinyl, and supplies for T shirts. Plenty of Vinyl for signs, decals, ect. If only they had a contract with the T shirt company it be a one stop destination. They also sell heat presses, Vinyl cutters and the necessities for all your projects. Well worth the investment. Limited weekend hours on Saturdays till noon. Perfect for folks who can't make it here in the week. Service is friendly. The mister usually sends me here with his list and I just hand it over. Then they take it from there. I've been here a handful of times and the customer service is horrendous. Their hours of operations are terrible, how can they expect people who work 8-5 jobs to get there during the week when they close at 4. They close at 12 on saturdays and aren't open at all on Sunday's. The few times I've gone during my lunch break, they have 1 person cutting vinyl with a huge line of customers. I have waited 15-20 mins just get get help with cutting vinyl. Get more staff or expand your hours! read more

This is my go-to for heat transfer vinyl and oracle 651 and other vinyl. I particularly like their section of mark downs that has a variety of vinyls. You do not have to have your retail license to be able to make purchases here. The prices are competitive and the staff are friendly. From LA and took the drive to Santa Ana because I heard this one had better service and not too much of a wait . I went yesterday to the LA one and the line was long and it didn't seem to be moving so I decided to go to this one in Santa Ana and I was not disappointed . Liz was very helpful and I give them props because theirs only 2 workers and they have to help guest, answer phones and they have online orders as well, they have smiles on and super friendly. Got what I needed and more. Theirs no private parking so plan on parking on the street. I will definitely go back and buy more vinyl here. Ill take that 35 mnt drive . read more

Been coming here for the past 6 months thinking to help support a local business rather than buy online. At first the customer service was great but since the last month or so it has been really dropping the ball. Love that the staff are wearing masks and taking Covid safety protocols seriously. The guy who helped me was super knowledgeable and very helpful. He went above and beyond because he asked if the account was wholesale, I said I was unsure. After checking the account was indeed not listed as a wholesale account but my company does have a resale certificate so we're eligible. He provided me the paperwork we needed to set up the account as a wholesale account and explained where to email it once it's completed. I have had a good experience with their employees: very helpful and great customer service. Unfortunately I haven't had such a good experience with their heat transfer vinyl. The glitter vinyl I purchased won't even stick the the carrier sheet. It doesn't weed well. I've tried a new blade on my machine to make sure it wasn't the blade. It's not. Everything else cuts fine, but this glitter HTV has been a headache from hell. I've wasted a ton of money on cuts that I've ended up having to throw away. read more

I was unaware of a return policy and returned somethings a few days past the return policy. They didn't have the courtesy to tell me they were going to take 10%. I spend a lot of money here. I'll stick to the LA location for supplies. And inks are better at TW anyway. Nazdar inks are inconsistent at least for their water based gloss and are more expensive. Though A return policy should have been considered. I've never had to return anything. The text should be bigger than fine print. Extremely disappointed at their service. read more

I purchase my BN 20 Roland from them, Danny came to do the installation he didn't leave my shop until we understood how to use it .
