Our house is gorgeous, better than we had imagined at the start. There were so many added details we would have never thought to include that make our home special. Elia was great to talk about design with, she has a great eye for style. Elia and Armando Jr. were great at making sure we had fixtures, brick etc. picked out on time and upfront about any additional costs that might be associated with extra items we added. Since this was our first time building a home we had a lot of questions. Armando was great at explaining the building process and always willing to meet us out there to look through things. We loved that they preferred working with local stores and clearly had a great relationship with those teams. Would highly recommend working with Diamond Homes if you're looking to build here in the Midland area.

My country life turned into a cookie cutter neighborhood and no privacy. Not only do they focus on their own financial wins, but their employees are often disregarded as people and treated as trash. Don't fall for their family focused values and realize they are in the business to be profitable for those that are at the top of the food chain. All businesses are taking care of themselves in this political climate. Betenbough is doing exactly what everyone else is doing. Naturally I expected a reply like yours - as several phone calls were made about the hot water…read moreheater to Betenbough home warranty and they told me what to do as I took the manufacturer label off the hot water heater took it Morrison Supply from there had to schedule and hire a local plumber to install another 50 gallon hot water heater warranty yes but the labor cost me $250 for the delivery and install of a new one - and about the fuses tripping out YES I called Betenbough and your electrician showed up installing / replacing the same and yet had tripped out again - so no need to call Betenbough as In hired a local professional Electrician first thing he noticed said these fuses are used because they are cheaper and are used a lot - he replaced all of them - cost $200 - guess what NO more problems - you say I didn't call and have no record - therefore your calling my wife a liar as well as she made calls from home as well - and you know what ? Im not the only home buyer of yours that has had problems - after these repairs I call honestly say Ive had no problems - just waiting on the next discovery if any - Oh about the roof Im not questioning the type of shingles Betenbough used it was the shoddy work of the tar paper under lament as cuts were found in the tar paper and improperly installed as one smaller area had no coverage around the hot water heater vent pipe that was leaking bad - roof had to be replaced because another leak developed in the master bath - Once again Betenbough was called and you sent a crew to fix the sheetrock damage snd repaint and they did do a great job - yes this could of been prevented if you had a quality control inspector on top of each new home being roof - Raul with Topp Boss roofing was on top of my house watching his crew making sure my new roof was installed correctly the FIRST TIME
