Now that we have completed the rebuild, they have now conveniently decided to forgo sending the remaining balance owed after we rebuilt the home back better than when the mortgage was sold to them and increased the value. Shellpoint refuses to turn over the extra funds from the insurance settlement nearly $86k. Man do I need a lawyer. This company does not care about their clients in the least bit.
