Still fantastic but a lot of sudden jolts movements and stuff. Hard to explain but unlike any other massage. Still fantastic. Got rid of my headache and loosened up my whole body - they used warm oils as well as a hot pot-style - I thought it was like a hot stone at first but I could hear the liquid sloshing inside so that was different. I genuinely hope that Caitlin is retrained and can do better next time. The difference between the two managers was just night and day, and I would gladly work with Felicia again. She is the is the sole reason we've decided to give the company another chance. I've only updated the rating to 3 stars because of the lengths I needed to go to in order to receive the service I deserved in the first place. Session but extended it to 90 minutes because it was exactly what my body needed and long waited for. These days, massage places are everywhere. But this is not your fly by night operation. This place has been here for decades. Only a very effective and professional establishment can earn that reputation. I look forward to my next visit. I will bring a friend this time. I contacted the owner and they said they "weren't given an address" for him, so they did not send it. I provided my billing and shipping address upon ordering so I found it odd that the company wouldn't immediately contact me about where to send it if they had not had an address. They eventually did send a gift certificate (after I provided them with the information) however my brother and I have both made numerous attempts (through phone calls and emails) to schedule the massages but they have been completely unresponsive.
