They both turned out flawless. The only disadvantage is their hours. They close at 5:00 PM on weekdays. I get home from work after 5 so that leaves me just Saturday to pick up my items (which is fine). I love that they still utilize the drive-thru because it's convenient when I'm picking up a comforter. They place it in the back seat and send me on my way. Prices are reasonable. The owner, Frank, and his wife are always a pleasure to talk to whenever I stop in.

Recently, I went in with my elderly father to have his suit tailored for my wedding and Kim shooed us off and said she was too busy to do the alterations. We were flabbergasted as we have been customers for decades. I understand she may have been busy but the way the message was delivered made us feel less than and was disappointing to hear from someone who we have referred neighbors to and provided business. Because of my experience, I have not been back and will not go back. I would say that if it is a slow season for Ms. Kim, you may have luck but if it's busy I'd suggest looking elsewhere for someone who can do it for less and still make you look and feel good.

Sammie was so friendly and professional and pinned everything to make sure I would be ok with the new length of the dress.
