We've had a few entrees including combo platter (kofta, chicken and beef skewers), gyro sandwich, and beef shawarma sandwich. My favorite so far has been the beef shawarma sandwich. Slightly fatty, cooked well, and wrapped in a nice pita! We've gotten a side of their feta fries which is the perfect side to share. Then, we finish up our meal with a baklava. Yum! read more

And when the delivery had not been picked up in a timely manner the restaraunt called to let me know that our food had been ready for over 20 min and a driver had not been by to pick it up. Mediterranean food is some of my favorite food! I am so glad to have a new place in the metro area. Bethlehem is located in Edmond, OK in a shopping district. There are not many Mediterranean places on this side of town so I think it will do really well! I grew up eating at the restaurant Bethlehem branched off from and it is very similar, which I'm happy about! I love the chicken sandwich because it comes with a chicken kabob, a vegetable kabob, pita, and a side. If I'm in the mood for leftovers I love getting the chicken tawook meal! This location through me off at first but by recommendation I choose to give this restaurant a chance. It was the best decision we could have made. The food was fresh and delicious. You can taste the authenticity and love in the food. The hummus was outstanding. If I lived in Oklahoma I would visit weekly. I hope more people support this establishment. read more

We came on a Saturday late after lunch. It was quiet and empty but I think because it was in between lunch and dinner. I ordered the chicken shawarma and a die of the mahajorda. Check your bill, you'll be surprised to see a 3.5% "non-cash" fee if you pay with a credit card. Only restaurant I've ever been to that does that. Seems odd (and high) since there are card processors for small businesses under 3.5%. Thus, the merchant is not only passing the fee, but also profiting from it. As for the rest: The waitress stood at the register without providing any service. The other waitress finally came out and served us. I assumed it was a "section" issue but it turns out they both waited on us. Odd(?). The Dr. Pepper tasted like it had a Band Aide in it and they were out of fountain Coke. However, they did provide a can of Coke. The food was actually pretty good but we will not returning due to the non-cash fee. Even worse, the computerized tip is based on the gross amount which includes tax & the non-cash fee rather than food & beverage sales. You don't get to see ANY of this until after you pay. Why? Because the waitress brings a small credit card machine to the table and you don't get a breakdown of the bill until AFTER you pay. I'm sure that makes it easier to deceive, ahem reduce protests, from customers. Enjoy the extra $1.12. My first time was my last time. read more

My family and I were finally able to give this new Mediterranean place a try! It was a Sunday and the place was pretty empty when we arrived. Don't expect anything fancy when it comes to decor. It did get busier as time went on. Let me say this... the food was delicious! We had hummus appetizer and their hummus had great flavor! The tabouli was one of the best I've had! Everything we ordered was delicious! The reason they don't get 5 is because they offer NO kids meals with Mediterranean food!!! They only offer chicken nuggets and grilled cheese! My grand babies love Mediterranean food! So that was a disappointment!! So they ended up just sharing our food with us! We had a 2 and 3 year old with us. They also didn't have any regular size spoons, only huge ones, which don't work well for children. We won't be back we the whole family due to these issues. Would come back with adults only though. I love Mediterranean food and this is by far my new favorite the place to go in Edmond/OKC area since moving to Oklahoma 3 years ago. The staff is extremely friendly and the service is great. Our food comes out in about 10 minutes on a busy Friday night. Their selection is bigger than most Mediterranean places and all their kabob meat is very good. Rice is flavorful and they have a homemade fluffy garlic sauce that I think comes with kabob combos, but I bet if you asked you could request it with other plates as it is definitely good with everything. read more

A huge cockroach crawled on our table next to my half eaten gyro and full plate of fries. This left a very bad impression on the cleanliness of this restaurant. We told the employees and at first they charged us full price for our meal, but because we were unhappy with this outcome we requested we at least get some sort of discount because we weren't finished with our food. They refunded our food. The gyros were good and it may be that the outside of the shopping mall was just so filthy and unkept that the cockroach came inside from it.
