Empty restaurant except for me,my son and daughter

I really had high expectations for this place. The photos on the website looked good and it was very near to where I was shopping earlier in the day. Upon entering, the lady at the front told us to sit wherever we wanted. A gentleman came over and handed out menus . Only asked us what we wanted to drink as he handed the menus to us. Like damn, can we look at what you have available before you ask. There was no, " how are you" ,have you been here before, NOTHING. We ordered waters. Looked at menu. Both the employees stood by register but hidden. Never offered to suggest any menu items or anything. It was like they were mad that someone was there. We were the only 3 people in this big restaurant. Anyways, we ordered the sampler ,a gyro sandwhich and the Beef Shawarma Sandwich Mediterranean version of fajita, marinated tenderloin steak with parsley, tomatoes, onions and pickles, topped with tahini sauce wrapped in a hot pita bread. The Sampler and labneh were rather small but it tasted good. The sandwiches were good too so I'm not bashing the food. The service was trash. Never came to check on us, fill our cups, see if we needed anything. Even after we were done, didn't suggest dessert . Seriously, the service was horrendous. My son who actually works at a restaurant was visibly upset. He said be grateful my other daughters whom also work in restaurant business weren't there because they would lose their mind and go off on the employees for the terrible service. The bill came and we were charged more for not using cash, and only option for tip was set at 20% or higher. Based on service, they wouldn't have received any tip at all. Avoid this place if you are looking for good service. I would give it 2 thumbs down !

I use to love coming here, but their pricing went up and the portions got smaller. They only give you a few fries (maybe 10) then only enough sauce for two bites. They'll charge you $0.50 plus tax for an additional sauce. Looks like I won't be coming back. The food is good and fresh, but I want to get my monies worth. Had great service the very first time I came, but it has gone down since.

Always friendly folks to take your order and the food is fast and accurately prepared. Fairly standard gyro restaurant in Edmond. I prefer the gyro platter when I'm eating Mediterranean and don't really stray from that...LOL! I do need to give the falafel a try next time we're in for lunch. The smoothies are fabulous and come in several flavors. The lady likes those and never complains so I'll take that as a vote for the five stars.

Foodies gather round... great Mediterranean in North Edmond found here! Came in for lunch. Service was top notch; food was great. Here's my top picks (so far) :: SAMPLER $10 Combination of hummus, baba ghanouj, falafel and veggie grape leaves served with hot pita bread. Their sampler is awesome. Just the pita bread alone is fantastic. GYRO Anything with gyro meat has been good--the $6.99 gyro wrap + fries special or the gyro plate $11. Gyro meat tasted fresh and had lots of flavor. The $6.99 special was plenty for 1 person. I ordered a side salad with it to have some fresh veggies--makes a great pairing. **I'm excited to work my way through the rest of their menu!!** -- Our server shared that Jerusalem restaurant, located a little further south in Edmond, and this new Bethlehem restaurant are separately owned and operated by brothers who used to be partners in Jerusalem. They decided to do their own thing and now Edmond has been blessed with TWO great Mediterranean foodie approved restaurants. May 2019

Bethlehem reminds me of Jerusalem Mediterranean restaurant in Edmond. They have the exact menu and food. Even the flavors are the same. I ordered from Postmates and was quite pleased with the food. They are a lot closer to my house than Jerusalem is. Right now they are offering a gyros special for only $6.99. I believe you do have to dine in because I saw the sign while driving by but it wasn't advertised on the menu. What I love to order here is the sampler and an entree. You get a bit of everything delicious in the sampler. The sampler is made to share. It comes with a generous amount of hummus, baba ganoush, falafel, pita, and grape leaves rolls. Yum! I'm so glad for this gem and I recommend them to everyone.

Gage, our waiter was very professional and helpful. He guided us through the menu and helped us make good choices. We started with three mule cocktails. We had the Oaxacan, the Moscow and Kentucky Mules. Everyone enjoyed the cocktails. One thing that stood out to me for my Oaxacan Mule is that the Mezcal's smoky flavor really shown through and it was not overly sweet. A very clean cocktail, which I highly appreciate! We ordered the Chef's Salad Wrap with Onion Rings, French Dip with the tomato soup, and the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich with seasonal side of grits. I enjoyed the Chef's Salad Wrap but I would probably be a little more bold next time and get the Cortez or the Reuben. I craved a lighter choice and was more sinful with the over the top delicious onion rings! Wowowow! Hubby enjoyed his soup and French dip and son enjoy his Philly cheesesteak and grits. I would definitely love to revisit and try more of their items.

This is my first time seeing and trying their brunch menu. They have great brunch options and the brunch bowl I got was great. The bowl with loaded with queso and potatoes. They also wouldn't heat up the savory bun, which was disappointing. It would've been much better warm, but the cashier said no and clearly didn't care. Service was speedy, but our cashier was unfriendly. The coffee was overpriced and too sweet, and it needed stirring--but you can't stir it with the boba lid. On top of that, we had to order coffee separately and pay twice, which felt inconvenient. Even after ordering at the kiosk, our hot coffee somehow came out iced... oops. (Yes, it clearly says iced on the receipt - so obviously we missed something.) We also had to clean our own table, even though it wasn't busy. There seems to be a lot of variety at first glance, but if you look closely, it's mostly the same bread--lots of red bean. On the plus side, there's lots of natural light and plenty of seating (at least when it's not busy). Overall, a bit disappointed. The prices lured us in, but this won't be a routine stop for us. It doesn't hold a candle to Tous Les Jours.

Finally, a top-tier Asian bakery in OK!…read more If you live in Oklahoma, you know the struggle: there aren't many options for authentic Asian pastries, and even fewer that actually thrive. 85°C Bakery Cafe is a breath of fresh air and easily one of the better spots in the area. You can really tell everything is baked fresh that morning. The textures are spot on--soft, airy, and just the right amount of sweetness. Their drink menu is near-perfection. Both the Milk Tea and Thai Tea taste incredibly authentic, which is hard to find around here. They aren't just sugar-bombs; you can actually taste the quality of the tea. The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is a safety concern for those with allergies. Unlike Tous Les Jours, which clearly lists ingredients/allergens by each pastry, 85°C is a bit more vague at the display. As someone who has to be careful about what's in my food, I'd love to see them adopt a more transparent labeling system so I don't have to guess or ask for every item. The Verdict: Delicious, fresh, and a must-visit for your pastry fix. Just be cautious if you have specific dietary restrictions!
