I thought this place was good in the past, but I just paid for a $25 car wash which isnt a lot, but does include a "seat wiping". I have a child who plays sports which means a messy car so I definitely needed a seat wiping. Please see pics to reference what 'seat wiping' means to this business. Overall, I spent $75 here plus my $7 tip because I got a car wash and bought 2 sets of mats for the inside of my car. I also bought my boyfriend a gift card for a VIP wash here a couple of months ago. Wasted my money because he will definitely not be coming here either. Edit: I went back within 10 minutes of the car wash. I nicely said "I dont normally do this but your sign says "dashboard and seats wiped". The cashier felt the need to argue with me and she said that means a DUSTING. The cashier continued to yell at me for inconveniencing her. When I asked if she was the owner, she ignored me & walked away. I followed her outside where she was going to look at my car. I asked her again if she is the owner. She once again yelled at me and told me she's not the owner. She told me my steering wheel will never come clean although they clearly just 'dusted' it & didnt even try. It doesn't even look like you vacuumed it sand all over the trunk leaves all over the floors and the front when I called the woman at the front desk was so rude and didn't seem to care that I was unsatisfied. For $40 a car wash my car should come out looking good very unhappy and extremely unhappy with the woman who answered the phone why she didn't inconvenience me to have to go back. I was looking for a new car wash as the one I always went to in Farmingdale had closed down. Every time I passed this car wash it was always crowded, but, last Saturday was my cars day to shine!! The staff was very friendly and attentive when I pulled up. At least 4 guys began working on my car before it went in for "the wash"! I had a great feeling this could be my new place. I liked the huge selection of accessories you can purchase when you walk into the office area on your way to pay. Kind of like when you go to an attraction and when it ends, you have to walk through the gift shop to exit!! The only thing that annoyed me a little was the cashier behind the counter. She was on her phone, it was obvious with a friend, the entire time I was in front of her. Completely ignored me except to give me my receipt. Boo on her but no reflection of the services I received! So, I exit the office area and there were a couple of ladies waiting for their cars. Both were raving to me how much they love this car wash. I found it interesting that the entire staff working on the cars when they exit "the wash" were all women. I couldn't believe the attention and detail drying off each car they were working on. There were 2 women for each car. There was one guy though who brought over some kind of machine that sprayed certain cars with something. It had to be an "extra" in the next level of wash you choose because my car didn't get that. I have to inquire what it is next time I'm there. Ok, back to the staff dryng off the cars.....they left no detail unfinished, spraying each of the windows inside to make them crystal clear. Since my car is a CRV, one lady climbed inside the back to clean the windiws while the other continued to dry off the outside. My thoughts watching this whole scene is what a fantastic service they would be if they offered House Cleaning!! At least 10 minutes later, my car was ready for me to drive off. It was completely dry and had the most sparkly shine. They sprayed the inside with some fragrance, a final touch to this amazing experience. Actually, not sure if it was a fragrance they sprayed or the cleanser they used to clean the windows from the inside, but, I was thrilled with whatever it was! I am a repeat customer for sure. They aren't organized people are entering the line from the front and the back but there isn't anyone delegating traffic. The manager looks like he walks around doing nothing , almost like he's trying to seem busy but has no clue what is going on , I'm saying this cause he was right in front of the traffic situation and didn't do jack about it. Secondly even though they take a long time on your car , they use the same rag they just wiped the outside of your car with on the inside . I don't normally write reviews on places but this bothered me. There was a $.50 "overhead surcharge" on my receipt today. When I asked the cashier who isn't very friendly...ever what that means she said that they have been doing it since January and it's because minimum wage went up. So instead of raising their prices on the advertised signs before entering they just decide to charge u extra because the state decided to raise minimum wage. They don't do the best job and don't even give u a heads up your vehicle is done being cleaned. First and last time I go here. Cheapest wash is $24... so they are charging a premium price. What u get is a sub par experience all the way through. I had this great idea of not wanting to clean my car in mid-winter so went with a VIP package from Groupon for a car wash; worked out very well! Per the Groupon instructions I went mid-week and even called ahead to see if I needed a reservation (the attendant was very nice and explained one was not required but to leave 20-30 minutes for completion). FYI the "groupon surcharge" is really just the tax and a 50¢ surcharge was accessed because I have permanent overhead surf racks I guess. I tipped up front (on the full value of the VIP wash) so maybe I received better treatment than other reviewers; who knows?! Wash went efficiently, soap was removed from car, cleaning of inside and out, plus tires all look much cleaner than before. Is the inside as good as I would have done with my trusty toothbrush? Or is every spot removed from the fabric of the seats? No, but all pretty darn close (hint: and I didn't lift a finger). All my mats came out VERY clean this was very impressive. (The way I see it, if I wanted FULL service I'd pay for a full detailing this is a $50 car wash with wax, inside vacuum, and Armorall) I would have given 5 stars except -- and this is a little strange -- it took just under 90 minutes to complete the VIP package. As mentioned above, the attendant did advise an additional 20-30 minutes are needed (obviously) for the added work beyond the assembly line wash. After I was there about an hour I went back inside (I got cold waiting outside) and the attendant did seem surprised I was still there. She was nice enough to go check on the progress and advised me that there were others in front of me. Could have been (?) ... but only about 2 or 3 cars came thru the car wash assembly (not the VIP cleaning area) while I was there. Again, I was kinda ok with the time it took (I wasn't about to complain about an extra long clean) but it seemed strange to be waiting when the place was very not busy. After a car wash or valet I ALWAYS check the perimeter and insides of the car. Unfortunately I noticed that both the trunk AND the back seats had not seen a vacuum (again, not looking for perfection here just some of my beach sand to be escorted away). I went back inside to inquire and was advised that without permission, the staff would not open the trunk. I wasn't actually aware of this policy (other washes open the trunk without issue) but I did ask if any consideration could be made. Was seriously ZERO issue the guys offered to vacuum both the trunk and the back seats right on the spot immediately. Even offered an apology (not needed but appreciated). My car was in need of a good exterior / interior cleaning. I wanted it looking especially good because I was going to be attending two family functions. I have been to this facility before and have yet to have been disappointed in the services that I have received. The counter person was polite and friendly as were the pre wash and post wash staff. I paid for the VIP cleaning this time around and was pleased to see that after the wash they backed my vehicle in their detailing area to give my car a complete Armor All interior treatment. Usually I get the full service plus tire treatments, this time because I wanted my car to POP, I thought that the price was reasonable and I wouldn't have to deal with a sore back and arms doing it a home. I highly recommend this location. However their VIP treatment may be too much for most and the wait on line can also be heavy when the weather is nice. I suggest trying one of their less expensive options for routine cleanings. read more

If only I could give this place negative reviews. In the past, I've had issues with the staff being racist here. After the owner apologized, I tried to give this place another shot. Now, I hadn't been here for a while so last month I decided to give this place another try and get the monthly membership. That day that I got the member ship, the car wasn't cleaned properly. I had to point out every spot that needed to be cleaned, however I didn't make a big deal as I thought it was a Saturday so they're busy- let me cut them some slack. I came here one night at about 6:30pm and they seemed to be closing up, I asked them if they're still open and the guy working said yes. He was guiding me on how to get on the conveyor belt, and I did as said. In the middle of the car wash my car starts moving towards the right- which was odd. As soon as I reach the part where the machine washes the soap off my car gets stuck there- it isn't moving for a solid two minutes. The staff working was too busy tryna wrap up so they can go home. I had to DRIVE out of the car wash and at this point my car was all the way to the right- off the conveyor belt. Now fast forward to today- I called to complain. Yes I called two weeks later, however if I'm providing feedback I expect the person to listen. Some woman answered at the front desk, I asked to speak to the manager and was told "he's not here at the moment, can I help you with something". I explained to her what happened, and for a solid 5 mins she said she can't find the record of my car being registered for a monthly car wash here. I kept insisting and she found it. Then she claimed that she can't find the entry of me being there that night all this happened. Now I question her- you couldn't find a record of my car being there and you found it. Now you can't find the record of me coming there ? She catches an attitude and I tell her to give me the name of the manager. According to her- they don't give out the name over the phone. Which makes no sense!! Why is the name of a manager so top secret? Is your business a top secret? Anywho, I would NEVER go to this car wash. Complete trash employees and car wash. Worst car wash around not only did they do a horrible job they stole my wife's wedding ring. The woman at the register is rude and no help. When told about the stolen ring she said to prove it. Obviously she was no help so went to the guys that actually cleaned the car and said police will be called if the ring does not show up. Miraculously the ring was in the cup holder. They said it must have blown under the seat when cleaning but my wife forgot to take it and left it in the center console. So no way it could have blown under the seat during cleaning. I went for a deluxe car wash today. My cars interior was not vacuumed completely, my seats were not vacuumed at all. There was a split sticky soda in my cup holder that I wanted them to clean out (it was not cleaned out) instead they must have used compressed air on it and with that being done, it sprayed the soda up all over my cars interior. There was soda on the cloth ceiling, my rearview mirror, the cloth panels of the drivers side and passengers side visors. Overall I wound up paying $30 for more of a mess that I had to clean up. I have tried and tried and tried with this place. I brought my trans am here from time to time when I lived in Massapequa, they would do an "alright job". Nothing great by any means. Now I bring the my jeep there. Tried it again a few months ago, and sub par again. left garbage still in the car that should have been vacuumed up. Came here on Saturday to get all the salt off my car. I see they had a face lift and alot of updates. So I'm thinking to myself maybe they stepped their game up. No even worse. The Jeep came out covered in soap. The jeep wasn't even clean it has dirt smears all over the back hatch. They finishing drying off my car and I said hey! my entire rim and tire is covered in soap. My bottom right windshield corner was not wiped, so when I drive at night there's a very obvious glare in that corner. Other areas such as the seats also had evident spots that had been missed during the interior cleaning. Regardless of whether this carelessness is a result of the voucher or is regular business practice, it will not yield many return customers. When I saw this business run a Groupon promotion a few weeks after I had gotten my Ritz wash there, I decided not to buy a voucher even though they were charging only half price for the Ritz wash. Stay Away!! Brought my SUV there yesterday. They forgot to remove my Antenna, so it bent about 45 degrees. It will cost about 30 dollars to replace. Very poor , discourteous treatment. Unprofessional business. Not even an apology. The staff couldn't care less. No Owner present. I asked for the owners cell phone number. The staff behind the counter said she wasn't allowed to give it. She asked for my cell number and that he (the owner)would call back. I won't hold my breath waiting. Meanwhile, I was charged extra for mat cleaning, and a 2 dollar SUV surcharge. The mats are still covered in salt. They did not wipe down the interior door panels, there are still salt stains. I have seen this car wash change owners and that lovely water fall go up outside. I knew that the waterfall meant pure rip off for their washes, however I have visited this place a few times due to convenience. I will NOT be returning and here is why I purchased the "ritz" wash which included wheel shine, under carriage wash, interior vacuum and the other basics. First of all my car still has bird poop on it. I would assume most people go to a car wash for this reason. How is there still poop on my car? There was zero efforts by the guys who rinse the cars to wash under the car so I can't imagine it gets done any other way. There is still sand and dirt in my seats and on the carpets of my car. I read a sign while watching my car behind the glass inside that said they have installed " new technology that sprays wheel shine in the process of it being washed". This has to be a joke. the sign said you can ask for more wheel shine if you prefer so I did. The guy applied some foam to my wheels and I went about my errands. I went grocery shopping to come out to see my wheels completely matte. Not shiny nor was my car clean. I will NEVER go back. What a Waste of my money! read more

Seems like the guys upon the exit the ones that do the initial wipe down and clean the inside glass seemed to have wiped my windshield down with a greasy towel. Came here to get my old car washed and cleaned before I passed it off to my younger brother. The outside of the car wasn't that dirty, a little bird droppings on one of the side doors, but the inside was really bad. It needed a lot of vacuuming, I have long hair and I shed a lot. I paid for the deluxe car wash which came out to $24.94 with tax. It included a little more detail to the interior. They did an okay job on the car... the vacuuming came out really well, but I felt that they missed a few details on the interior that should have been done. Like there was a lot of crumbs and dirt left around my parking break, it just looked like they were to bothered with attending to the details of cleaning a car. This is not cool when you are paying almost $25 for a car wash! What irked me the most was the woman who was working the cash register inside. She was flat out nasty. I went up to pay and she didn't even speak to me, just barked out the amount that I owed her. While I was getting my money together she answered the phone and started yelling at the person who had called. It sounded like it was a customer who called about how their handicap placard was misplaced during their car wash. She then went on to yell at the customer about how they did not steal their handicap placard and how no one here would have any use for that. Then she yelled at them to take a better look in their car and hung up on them. This happened all while I was standing there waiting to pay. Needless to say this woman is not equipped to work with the general public. I will not be coming back here again.
