Despite the services clearly advertised and included in the app, employees continuously refuse to provide towels for customers to properly finish drying their vehicles. In addition, they repeatedly refuse to clean the carpets, claiming that carpet cleaning is not covered, even though the app explicitly states otherwise. As a paying customer using a service promoted by Toyota, I expect the business to honor the services included in the program instead of making excuses or denying benefits that customers are entitled to receive. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and failure to provide the advertised services reflects very badly on both this location and the Tru Toyota Autocare Network. I would appreciate this issue being addressed immediately to ensure customers receive the services they are paying for and promised through the program.

This is a brushless car wash, so I did not need to worry about antenna damage. My antenna was damaged several years ago at a brush car wash, and that was the last time I ever went to one. The quality of the wash is great, however, consistency and reliability are equally important for a business.

It's nice to know especially now with winter coming I can just pop in and get a wash to get all the dirt, grime and salt off my car.
