Neighbor accidentally backed into my Ford Escape, causing minor damage and didn't want to go through insurance. Took it to Betos for a quote where Luis gave me a reasonable quote that he remained true too throughout the process. Allowed me to schedule my car drop off for repairs ahead of time when convenient for me in order to avoid having to get a rental car for my wife, and communicated with me both via text and phone while my car was being worked on. Car was ready the day after I was told, solely for paint to dry, but he did give me the option to pick it up the same day I was originally told- I elected to go with the experts advice. I have used the service now twice the first time to completely redo the exterior of the car, which had lots of little scratches and dents and I wanted to look new rather than to buy a new car so Luis was able to achieve that for me in a remarkable efficient and above and beyond my expectations way at a price that was very reasonable and made my dream of keeping my Nissan leaf as if it were a new car possible. I went to the shop and Luis introduced himself to me and gave me his card. He said he could help me with my insurance claim repairs. He gave me a ride to my car rental place after I drop my car off for repairs there, and after my repairs I was able to leave my rental at the shop for enterprise to pick up. He was quick to respond to all of my messages regarding the insurance claim and timeline for the repairs. I'm very happy with the work, the price and the fact that they reattached my sunvisor which had become unattached unrelated to my accident. After having my E36 (BMW) gone since January 16th, 2022 to February 25th, 2023 with a so called "friend" in Santa Fe Springs & having very little to no work being done in that time span for $1,250 in which I paid up front, Beto's was a lifesaver & blessing to work with!!! I'd like to start off with how local they were for me. I also got a reasonable quote very quickly from them via Yelp unlike other "highly" rated companies. Ones in which claimed they'd get me a quote done in an hour or 2, but didn't send it until a week later only after I called and hounded them down. Not to mention they were the only ones who said they could help me as my whole driver side had surface rust due to the so called "friend" who let it sit out exposed to the rain all year long. Beto's was able to quote me quickly, & so I took the opportunity to I pay the $1k deposit & drop it off on May 25th this year (the first chance I got) & picked it up June 2nd of this year along with paying the remainder of the bill off. I wish I had just come here first, as it's a fast paint job that I was originally looking for & they were even generous enough to work with me on getting a little flake (galaxy looking like) in my black paint job. They were responsive & had good communication with me. I'll be taking my BMW back for them to install the newly bought roof trim mouldings I had to buy since my OEM ones were in poor condition. read more
