We cannot say enough about Steve and his son at Victory Auto in Bellflower, CA. I have the dream car, love of my life "Valentino" which was a gift for valentines years ago from my hubby. Over time, my car has had niche's , scratches, faded paint, ding damage, etc from gravel on the freeway landing on it from a dump truck, and sun damage, etc, we've had it touched up, and supposedly "repaired" but never a full makeover like the one it received from Steve at Victory Auto Body. A full makeover! Painted from top to bottom, dings, scratches, damage removed, sanded to the bare minimum and repainted to its original glory. My Apple Red SC430 will be a classic one day soon and I love how beautiful it looks and the compliments it receives due to its unique style. beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and my car is definitely a beauty. Shockingly Rude and Unprofessional Even From the Owner: I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. The owner of this shop not an employee was incredibly rude, sarcastic, and condescending throughout the entire visit. When I asked simple questions about the service and cost, he snapped back with an attitude, saying things like "How would I even know that?" to a paying customer. It was unbelievable to see that level of arrogance and disrespect coming directly from the person who owns the place. There was zero professionalism, zero courtesy, and absolutely no respect for customers. Instead of helping, he made the whole interaction uncomfortable and insulting. Got a scratch on my bumper that was bugging me a lot was not sure if it would be worth it to get it fixed so I started looking at the cost. This shop gave me the lowest quote most shops were asking for $500-$600 and Steve quoted me $350 brought it in and it was ready the next day. I have a SILVER 2010 Prius. I poorly maintained the paint as it was simply my cheap, daily driver. 12 years down the road, I saw my roof's clear coat had peeled off and it was rapidly spreading. I took the car to Steve, and he gave me an EXCELLENT price to repaint all damaged surfaces (top door rails, front bumper, engine hood, roof, rear window spoiler deck, restore headlights - only the areas needed) but WOW, this car looks BRAND NEW. My front "TOO DAMN LOW" bumper was a complete mess, all scraped up from road curbs and dips. I would swear he replaced the entire bumper! Also, DO have Steve RESTORE the headlights - he sprays them with Clearcoat, looks amazing, and will not yellow in 6 months! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I will be bringing my 2001 F-250 next! read more

Highly recommend this shop. I damaged my left rear quarter panel on my Lexus IS 250 a few years ago and needed to pay out of pocket, so I knew the repair wouldn't be cheap. Luckily I was able to get it fixed at Victory Auto Body Shop for half the price other shops quoted me and for the same amount of repair time. They finished in the time expected and also gave the car a complimentary wash. They buffed and applied a clear protective coat to my headlights for an additional $100 (also cheaper than what other shops were charging). My car looks just like new!! Went to Victory Auto Body to get an appraisal on my rear bumper (got rear-ended on the fwy) this past week from owner Steve Hur. Hur came out of his office, glanced at the damage, and went back into his office. No greeting, no "how can I help you?". Nothing. He returned in 2 minutes and hands me a printed estimate. I asked for an explanation on how he would repair the damage. For example, will I need a new bumper? Will he just use filler and repaint? He looks at me and states, "If I were to explain the entire process to you, using technical jargon, then we would be here all week!" Mind you, all of this was said in Korean. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN! He was condescending throughout our entire conversation. He provided no details about the work to be done and his appraisal was $200 more than Cerritos Auto Repair Center's. read more
