It felt comfortable talking to all the staff to get my car fixed. Patrick the owner was very accommodating and had the same urgency as me to get my car fixed even if I had to go through my insurance to get things sorted through with them. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY! I took my Lexus here and this is what happened: they didn't cure the paint on my hood correctly so it chipped, they scratched up the side of my car, they installed the PPF on my bumper wrong so it bubbled up and had to be redone. They installed the bumper wrong so it is slipping because they didnt put new plastic clips the first time. I took it in to be fixed. Today I took it in because the bumper is slipping again. They (Calvin and his dad) gave me all kinds of excuses and told me there was nothing wrong. You can see the clips that are supposed to hold the bumper to the car. If there was anything wrong it was my fault. I dont recommend this place if you want your car done right. read more

After sorting through a few shops that had high ratings and calling them I decided on Horn's. I liked that they were an independent and multigenerational business. I first spoke with Calvin, he was friendly and helpful and receptive to some of my unusual requests. They worked well with my insurance adjuster and repaired the car quickly and with great quality. Even afterwards when we had an issue with calibration on the cruise control they were incredibly accommodating with us getting my daughter in a rental car for that fix and they even helped with a tire issue she had that had nothing to do with them in the same visit. This is an outstanding establishment with a great staff that presents a great value. Beware of this place. I read great reviews and had an opposite experience. Took my car a couple years ago because a tow guy recommended this place. Read all the fine prints because they will keep your vehicle and fees will accumulate over time to the point where it is difficult to take your car out. Take your car out as soon as possible or even on the day of, so you don't end up in the same predicament as me nor will Patrick negotiate on the fees. read more

HERES THE TRUTH. not an avid yelper but i wanna give credit where credit is due. I don't own a fancy sports car with a fancy paint job no, I have.a 2003 Honda minivan with peeling paint. Even so, the guys at horns collision center treated it like a ferrari. It took about 6 weeks to complete a full respray, but everything was DONE RIGHT. No macco or earl shielb here, this is an actual body shop that takes time and pride in their work. They took most of the car apart instead of just masking things off. no overspray on mufflers/grills/or tires. Paint quality, color, consistency is on par with factory paint. to top everything off, they even restored my faded headlights. I wish I could give 10 stars, even 100!!! Patrick and his staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. They really made me feel like I was part of the family. I went in because a neighbor had accidentally hit my car while it was parked. I had paint transfer, two dents and a dented signal light. I was freaking out because my baby/car is new and this is the last thing I need to be happening in my life right now right? The economy is failing, it costs $100 to buy groceries, gas is $6, etc etc. Anyways, the point is I'm stressed tf out! Patrick and his staff made this whole process seamless! His front desk secretary is super sweet. I had gone to 5 different other spots to get quotes, and his price was competitive to other places as well ($2000 being the highest, $1300 being the lowest). But what made me choose his shop was his friendliness, professionalism, and overall family owned vibe. I had a great conversation about our shared background, travelling, work, family, etc. He's super easy to talk to and plus his family has been in the vehicle repair business for almost 50 years! So they know what they're doing obviously. My car was in the shop for a week, and before I knew it, it was finished. It is like freaking brand new, the paint looks amazing, and on top of that, they cleaned inside and out of my car (which honestly was needed, but they didn't have to). Also a big plus is that the shop works with Enterprise Rental so instead of having to drive my rental back to Enterprise, I could leave it at the shop and hop right back into my car! I really appreciated everything about Patrick and his family. They made a stressful process that much easier for me. I've brought my Tesla Model Y because a mobile service company messed up the paint job. (Hint: don't use mobile services for big jobs such as painting, for your own peace of mind, just go to a reliable body shop). They had to paint the lower bumper and driver side door. My car had a clear bra so they also had to remove that too. Dropped the car off Monday morning and picked it up Friday afternoon.
