    Brought in our 4 Runner due to getting hit on the driver side rear bumper. This was the 3rd time bringing in one of our cars, definitely not our fault at all...lol. I'm serious! Angie made it so easy to make an appointment and inform us what we need to do on our end, since the other insurance company was paying for the damages. We got set up with Clay, he had a great customer service and followed up with us throughout the process of what was happening behind the scenes after they sent over the quote from the adjuster from the other party. When we picked up our car, Josh the Shop Manager had great customer service as well and made us happy with all the services! Linwood did an amazing job with the detailing! Thank you to all the technicians that helped with our bumper repair! I'm beyond excited that our car was finally done! I was so over that rental from Enterprise.

    I had Craftsman repaint my bumpers and use a clay bar on the paint to remove some spots and blemishes on the paint and they did a great job. Mel and her crew are amazing. THANK YOU CRAFTSMAN FOR A BEAUTIFUL JOB. Alan Santana Owner Bay Cities Paving

    If you need body work, come here and ask for Joshua! He is knowledgeable and responses to messages immediately. The waiting room is clean and they do great works and stand behind any issues that may happen. Highly recommended!!

    Car accidents are never fun, but a great repair shop can make dealing the aftermath a breeze. My husband got into a fender bender that did significant damage the front and side of our truck. We were referred to Craftsman Collision by our insurance company, who set the appointment and arranged a rental car for us. All we had to do was show up. Claudia was wonderful to work with; she has a genuinely positive attitude, and is very professional. Angie at reception was also awesome. Communication between us, them, and our insurance company was seamless. Within a week, our truck looked good as new. Insurance covered everything, but it is evident that they do great work at fair prices. Highly recommended.

When I got car back Car looked like new. Repaired car correctly. Car looked like it was polished and they fixed a dent in front bumper and painted it too.     This shop caused multiple areas of damage to my car and I would not return…read more The damage was never disclosed to me, not when the work was completed, not when I picked up my car, and not when I paid for the repaint job. I only discovered it once I got home. When I confronted the shop owner, Pat, he admitted to the damages but communication from that point on became challenging and more difficult than it needed to be. There were long gaps without his response and at times the tone felt dismissive or unnecessarily tense, which made the situation even more stressful. I've made many attempts to work with Pat to find a fair and reasonable solution. To this day, I'm actually still waiting for a reply to my last message asking again to discuss a reasonable solution. After repeated non-responses and apathetic communication, it became clear that no compromise would be reached. The only option he is willing to offer is the one solution I clearly stated I'm not comfortable with: bringing my car back this same shop that damaged it in the first place. Given the damages my car received from 5 Stars Automotive, my hesitation is understandable. I even tried to negotiate a different solution by providing multiple repair estimates from other reputable auto shops and he responded by calling this practice "dishonest" (very ironic, I know). I'm leaving this review because I believe it's important to be transparent about my experience. I put my trust in this shop to restore my car's appearance, but instead I'm forced to deal with additional damages they caused.

    I've seen places like these all over Los Angeles, so I knew when I needed them, I would get a great…read moreservice. Half of that is true. Two weeks prior to bringing my car and I went for an estimate. I really liked what I heard when it came to repairing to my doors: We can get it done in two days. Although my repairs were very minor, they did indeed to get it done in two days. That is very difficult to promise due to the fact that so much had to be done with my doors, putting them on and off and getting new clips for them. They did it. Very impressive. The problem came when my hopes to get it at the end of day on the second day were not met. It seems the issue was short staffing and my car fifth in line for a hand wash. I got the call about an hour before they closed, but I'm afraid it looked like I was going to lose money and not have my car for the night. Not good for my business. What made it worse is that I couldn't get it the next morning until a couple hours into the day, when I needed my car to drive a client to the airport. I was not very happy about that. I lost money to pay for this impressive job that I have to work harder for. It's hard to be pissed off about it because I'm thrilled for how amazing the job was done. That's what I got to say for this job though.

They worked directly with my insurance and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process, making sure everything was handled smoothly. The quality of the work was excellent, and my Audi was returned looking perfect. They truly made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend them for anyone needing collision repairs.
