We ordered 2 Quesabirria, 1 carne asada burrito and chips and guacamole on the side. The quesabirria was not made correctly. He gave us a plain taco and then tried to gaslight us that that's what a Quesabirria is. Then they gave us nachos instead of chips and guacamole. The guy was extremely rude when he came to the window. He ripped that window open and yelled " WHAT " We tried to explain that the order was wrong and that they might've given us someone else's order by accident. He still continued to yell. She goes to tell me I gave you red. I go back out to my car and check again no red. I go back in, this time I bring my bag with me, and tell her all I have is green. She starts fighting with me that she gave me red. I asked if she wanted to check and was still insistent that she gave me red. I would not recommend. What more can you expect from Betos than just freaking amazing food? If you want a good taco or burrito, you can't go wrong here. It looks trashy and it definitely looks like a place where you think you might get sick, but I feel like that's when you know the food is going to be really good. I go through the drive-thru every time. Parking is always tight there and I've never been inside. But the drive-thru is perfect. Never too long and the food is always hot. The churros are freaking bomb and I love their steak and egg burrito. You'll be shocked at how full you will get. I can never finish a burrito. We had 8 adults in a large SUV. Totally expecting the order to get goofed up as happens at most drive-thrus. The person taking the order struggled a bit with taking our order but everything was exactly what we wanted. This location is drive thru only and we were ten cars deep and waiting in line out in the street. We saw that as a good sign. We were all getting breakfast burritos and everyone felt they were plenty large. Even some of the bigger guys who always eat their meal plus finish the kids and their wives leftovers said the burritos were large and left them full. I had the steak burrito and it was well balanced with the potatoes, egg, cheese and plenty of chopped flavorful steak. I can see why there is always a line of cars here. We also ordered churros which were dense, oily and hard but still tasty. Last, my wife is a horchatas expert and a little picky. This one was a little thin and a bit too sweet. Not the best taco shop in the area and after several visits, it's time to move on. Servings are smaller than other similar locations but the price tag is the same. Food quality isn't as good and it seems food may be sitting prepared a bit too long (example: refried beans in a burrito shouldn't be crunchy.) Was disappointed by the smaller size burritos (we ordered 4), we're used to bigger burritos from other locations. My chile relleno burrito was not so great either, the chile itself was small so maybe they should've at least added rice to the burrito and it had overload of onions in the pico de Gallo. I doubt we'll be going back to this location. read more

I would rather eat at Taco Bell. The food was very salty and my migraine says, most likely filled with MSG. I ordered #14, Chile Rellenos plate and a tres leches. It was done in less than 3 minutes. The pepper was tough. The cake was bland. Their tortillas were good. If you want good, or even mediocre Mexican food, pass in Beto's and find one of our great carnecerias. read more

Beto's has been one of my go-to spots here in the local area. On so many levels it reminds me of Southern California. My Husband and I absolutely LOVE their Loco Burrito, it is so delicious and on point. Don't mind the Customer Service as they are not always on point, but the food is amazing for this small business restaurant. I also order the Rolled Taco Supreme from time to time and is never disappointed. I also really like their condiment bar station, definitely a plus in my books. First off, when I think about Beto's I think gigantic, fresh burritos. This was THE smallest burrito I have ever had from a Beto's. It was also not fresh. I pulled down the street a bit to eat it and it was cold. The wait was horrendous. I waited 25 minutes. There was only 3 cars in front of me. The lady at the drive thru window was kind and really wanted to make sure everything was what we wanted. Continually asking, "is everything okay?" it's almost like she knows her store sucks and so she wants to make sure people aren't going away disappointed. I will also say this. And I said "yes" assuming she was asking what kind of burrito. She closes the window, I wait 15 minutes and she hands me a plate. So I asked "Is the burrito in here?" And she rolls her eyes and says I just asked you carne asada fries and you said yes, you should of said burrito." Ordered and paid for 20 burritos 3 days in advance for them to be ready at 8 AM for pick up for a business meeting. Checked in the night before to confirm the order. Arrived to pick them up this morning and the employees on duty had no idea what I was talking about and then told me they have been too busy to make the order and I have to wait 20 minutes for them. Are you serious!?! They act irritated and put out with me. No customer service skills at all! Definitely will not ever be back and do not recommend. My wife got food poisening only a couple hours after eating here, and is now vomitting at 1:50 a.m. as I write this review. We tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt a few times, but my wife would feel unwell after eating here or the customer service was poor. It took a lot longer than normal but that isnt a huge deal. Then she didnt give us the correct burrito and didnt say anything when taking it back. They did fix it. The tortilla wasnt fully cooked and super chewy but the meat was good so I can wrap it in a tortilla at home. She handed it out the window without a word- no thank you, no sorry about that no have a good day- NOTHING. My son (the, driver) was super polite the whole time and she acted like she was being put out. They got my order wrong after I repeated it three times.. I asked for a smother chili verde burrito with rice and beans on the side, carne asada Fries and a bacon breakfast burrito. My chili verde burrito didn't come smothered and it came with fries. It only had pork rice and beans in it which the pork was extremely dry but very greasy? And had no green Chile's in it. The fried I got were also a soggy grease ball. The cranes asada fried had little to no meat and the fries were full of grease.. and I got three Pepsi's I didn't order all of which were flat. Betos divides people into two camps. Those who absolutely hate it and those who mildly tolerate it but still go back with some regularity. This locations is alright. The staff is friendly enough and the teller taking orders usually speaks English well (in the mornings that is). The food is what it is. Cheap, fast, tasty, you will feel and smell it later. This is a smaller Betos and not that new. Bathrooms were just okay. I often get the bacon breakfast burrito. Have them cook the potatoes extra long. I love Chile Rellenos and was excited when I found them up the street from my house- My husband and I went to this location all the time. There was two different times we had their food and my husband found a hair is in food, one of my rellenos was ice cold and the batter was almost a chalky taste. We decided we would give them one last chance. We went in and ordered and sat down my husbands order was wrong and went to tell the lady. I bit into my Chile Rellenos and it was cold and again the batter was nasty and I told my husband so I went up to the lady and we were trying to explain and we was SO RUDE!!! "we alway make the Chile Rellenos the same" My husband stated that they are my favorite but could tell when I took my first bite there was something different.
