Located at 315 Main Street in Kaysville, Beto's Mexican Restaurant definitely is worth a shot going! They've really stepped up their game in recent years. I ordered the #7 Two Enchiladas and their delicious Super Nachos that come with more than plenty of Carne Asada. They don't skimp on portions and give plenty of red and green salsa if you ask. They are also very generous with napkins and utensils if you order takeout. It was all demolished by the house in less than 24 hours and also tasted very fresh. This Beto's in Kaysville absolutely sucks! Ordered online for takeout and prepaid for two Chicken Enchiladas with sour cream and red and green salsa on the side. Pick up my order only to discover they charged my credit card additional money after my order was already in progress. The worst part was there was absolutely no sour cream on the enchiladas and no red or green salsa on the side (I only noticed this when I got home and it was too late to go back). I contacted them and they refused to refund the additional charges to my credit card. Am including photos of my original receipt and my requests. Customer service is a 0. Rancherito's would never even consider treating a customer this way. Do not go here! They will rip you off with additional fees on your credit card after you initially pay. PAY CASH in store if this place is your thing. The food wasn't even that good anyways. read more

I love Betos They are all over northern Utah I know they are favorite of many Firefighters and PD. I always like the mixed breakfast burritos you get a very large breakfast burrito. I also orderer without potatoes. Some Betos have cilantro to add also . It's definitely a meal you will not go hungry. One of my other favorites is their sliced carrots, sautéed, and jalapeños . This is a first time visit for a place we've wanted to try since we moved here. We came in for breakfast and sat inside. We had the mixed burritos, one had added guacamole. These burritos are huge! They were made fresh to order with ham, bacon, potatoes, egg and cheese. You have an assortment of salsa to try from mild to hot. We decided to try with fresh lime too. This acid just added to the flavor of the burrito. A must try and more visits in our future. Great customer service and nice atmosphere. Every single time I come to this location, I ask for the (avocado) green salsa, and they neglect to put it in the bag, EVERY SINGLE time. I always have to pull over, park, and go INSIDE to get my own at the self serve salsa bar- (and 1/3 of the time, that's not available either). Also, I'll mention, they act like I'm an inconvenience to them when I come through the drive thru. Basically, just poor customer service. It honestly weighs 5lbs.. The bag feels like it's going to rip apart the burrito is so heavy- and they don't short you on meat(protein)... First time here and it really surprised me, when you first drive up the outside does not look like the most inviting place to eat, but the food comes out hot and definitely the biggest taco and burrito I've ever had. The Al Pastor taco was extra stuffed with meat, pico, and this green sauce that packed extra flavor! The corn tortilla tasted fresh and added a nice texture, the burrito was so hot that I couldn't hold it for very long which is surprising for a fast food style restaurant. We got the California burrito and as you can see it was packed with food! The tortilla tasted homemade, I don't usually like potatoes in burritos but I would get them in my burritos here they were super flavorful, the steak didn't have too much flavor but the other goodies inside helped with that. This place has really good food. Favor is always quite good. I come here probably once a week. It's pretty pricey though. Hard to get out for under $10 per person. I've had a few issues here though. The woman who is cashier is always very rude and has zero customer service whatsoever. I had an experience a while back where I left through the drive thru and got home only to find that they didn't give me one of the things I had ordered. I drove back to get it. She called me a liar and said I never ordered that item and she remembered me and they would have given it if I ordered it. I went there today and her expression when you walk in is like "I hate my job. I hate you. What do you want? You're inconveniencing me." Zero customer service whatsoever. The worst thing I had happen here by far: I got a burrito and hit into it and crunches into a cockaroach! Not good!! Second worst thing was I ordered chips and guacamole a week ago. I just...I really can't with this place. It's bland. The service is sub par at best. My husband loves their burrito with fries in it. I, on the other hand, have given them SO many chances. I've tried their burrito (meat tastes funny and has a weird texture), chimichanga (eh), quesadillas (given to me completely soaked in grease and not with everything on it I asked), and nachos (too much meat and a ton of guacamole, no cheese). Oh I love Berto's but ever since the incident in Draper with the peeing in the kitchen I tried staying away from this chain of restaurants but today I thought OK I'm going to go to the Kaysville location because it can't be bad well it was bad I ordered a bean and cheese combo plate through the drive-through and instead of a bean and cheese burrito whatever it was was kind of leaking so I open the burrito and it wasn't bean and cheese it was beef and a lot of onions the fact that it leaked on everything in the plate was very disgusting looking plus I don't eat meat that's why I got a bean. And cheese burrito my usual I've tried calling them numerous times they obviously don't answer their phone I probably just will not go to this chain anymore it's not worth it read more

I've been to Betos twice now and I've really enjoyed the food I've eaten there. After living in Mexico for 2 years I enjoy seeing a place with a lot of the same foods I ate while living there. Plus the people do speak spanish which is cool if you speak spanish. The portions are really large for a small price. Their tortillas are very large and I enjoy them. Someone mentioned that sometimes they'll get blackened a little, which is true, but it's not uncommon in mexico either and it doesn't really affect the taste. They have a variety of salsas available and their menu has a large range from burritos to tortas (sandwhiches) to tacos to a classic rice-bean-meat plate, tortas (sandwhiches). You can also get cut limes with your food which is basically a must when it comes to real mexican food. They lack the 5th star because it is a fast food restaurant, which lacks the experience of a nice warm, cozy, sit-down atmosphere with a lot of theming and music. I normally don't feel such a need to write a Google review and a yelp review, but I feel this should really be addressed. The cashier was extremely rude and disrespectful. The food was burned and tasted like it had sat out for a few hours before they served it. The horchada was incredibly watered down, and when I asked for a new drink, I was met with serious attitude, as she muttered, "seriously?" loud enough for me to hear. I couldn't enjoy my food, the service put me in a bad mood, and I feel like I completely wasted my money. The absolute worst service I have ever received, and the food was atrocious. I asked the woman at the drive thru window what took so long and she acted clueless to the wait time we had been experiencing. Were they milking the cows to make the cheese in the back?
