Crossaints and bread are freshly baked and oh so amazing. If you don't get anything else make sure you get a crossaint! Get the salty bread egg sandwich and the Cuban of you want sandwiches... wow... just wow.

always busy, amazing breads, croissants, sandwiches . I am sure the coffee is great due to how many are drinking it! We always come here when in South Beach for some pastries and a baguette!

We found Bertrand Bakery by chance, looking for a bite to eat after visiting the Miami Beach Convention Center. A very small bakery, but with a tremendous selection of fresh made pastries, sandwiches and coffee. Space is limited inside and can be a little crowded and chaotic with those ordering, waiting for their orders or getting a seat. The staff really hustled and delivered our order quickly. We shared a chicken empanada and a mozzarella sandwich. The empanada was stuffed full of shredded chicken, the sandwich was on fresh and soft bread with fresh greens. The food was satisfying and all guests appeared to be enjoying their food.

This place sells incredible food and coffee at excellent prices. Baguettes and croissants are top tier and come in a range of regularly changing flavors. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. I barely want to leave this review because I don't want more people to discover this hidden gem. The ordering process can be a little chaotic and the food comes out a bit randomly but it's never bothered me.

Always on point! This is THE best place to go for an almond croissant [protip: asked for the croissant to be warmed up with a smile - it will change your life] The coffee is delicious -- the customer service is good [the ladies inside remind you of caring aunties] and they are efficient! The bread is fresh, the pastries are fresh, the seating is quaint - it's a perfect recharge stop before heading to the beach! What are you waiting for? !

Top Bakery in Miami Beach , right on 12th street and Washington- great spot for tourists and locals. Tip is to order a small baguette and make your own sandwich later. We ordered the chocolate Babka and croissant each about $5 , Babka was the winner ! So many options and flavors for baked items and list of sandwiches for $12 Ordering at the counter was easy and service was quick. On Sunday A.M the crowds are rolling in and line takes a few minutes to move forward. Must visit for all Bakery fans

Almond croissant. 6 bucks in March of 2025. Good, but not worth 6 bucks.

Really nice variety of various bakery treats as well as breakfast sandwiches and wraps. The interior setup could use some improvement in terms of ordering and pick up flow. Try the almond Danish if they have it. Not on thr cheap side, but everything is home made. Downer...not everything is visibly priced...you'll have to ask. Street parking only and this is a popular place.

It's been two years since I show Bettant some love on Yelp but their quality remains exactly the same - amazing and fresh! I come to Bettant a few times a month and I enjoy it everytime. I love their cortaditos paired with a delicious pastry or two. Their croissants are awesome. Perfectly flaky. I have really enjoyed their lemon cake, blueberry danish, sticky bun, and palmiers. You really cant go wrong with anything here. Even just their toasted bread with butter is a hit. Can't wait to come back again soon! The vibe is chill and staff are friendly.

Yesterday was my third time going to Bettant after trying for the first time during SOBE food and wine festival. It was delicious and I was hooked until my daughter bit into her Salmon sandwich once we got home and almost chewed plastic that was inside. We also had a ham & cheese croissant, cheese croissant, pistachio croissant and baguette bread, which were all delicious and flaky. We are still disappointed about the plastic in her sandwich

This is a totally tried and true French owned patisserie with authentic croissants and quiche and bread. The food was delicious even if a bit over priced. ($6 for an almond croissant). There were tons of Europeans in the place, so you know that it's that good ! We had the almond croissant, sausage croissant, and the ham and cheese quiche. And all three were fantastique!! We bought a baguette to go which was good but tasted more like a Cuban roll. Not like the baguettes that you get in France.

What a great little find! A nice mix of new and old Miami. Great variety of pastries [sweet & savory], sandwiches, quiches, empanadas at a good price. Strong Miami coffee too. Great service by the sweet Latina ladies that helped me this afternoon. Small café dine-in area if you wish to eat here instead of taking out. We got the spinach cheese quiche, almond croissant, Calle 8 Cuban, beef empanada, and latte. All tasted great and priced fairly for the area. Another new fave for us in Miami.

Well I've been eating their spinach quiche every morning and it's wonderful and keeps my blood sugar spot in and keeps me full until lunch time. Best is that we can walk there and sit outside and watch people passing or inside in the cool. Very good service and clean! Thank you!

JK but our eyes really wanted to, especially when I laid eyes on the Nutella croissant section. From delicious paninozzo bello ripieno perfect to take to go and eat at the beach, to delicious pizzette e focaccia, Rosetta Bakery has everything you need for that sweet or savory tooth. We had the best breakfast, tipico Italiano, with nutella croissants, caffè macchiato e caffè, come in Italia. Everything is baked fresh, at the spot and you can see all the hard work through the little glass window. This place makes you feel good and it's food dopamine for your nose and eyes. Can't wait to come here again next time I'm in the area.

I especially like all the freshly baked smells coming from the active bakery onsite. Chocolate Cake: What can make chocolate cake even better? A nutella-like frosting! It really took this to a whole new indulgent level. Apricot Croissant: Why spread jam on your croissant when it comes pre-jammed? A nice amount of tangy apricot jam inside the flaky pastry. A great way to start the day. Pistachio Eclair: Normally I'm a chocolate frosting and vanilla custard guy, but they didn't have that combination. Was pleasantly surprised by the sweet pistachio cream, made it feel very European. Cannoli: A tiny little indulgence of dense sweet cheese inside a not-that-crispy-anymore shell. Potentially made awhile ago; wonder if a fresher one would have had a better crunch. I did like the candied orange peel at one of the ends. Mortadella Sandwich: A simple way to live up the olive roll. A few slices of mortadella to make it meaty and feel kinda fancy European. Ham & Sweet Baguette: Simple and easily transportable to the beach. The baguette tastes fresh, likely made onsite not that long before. It had a good chew. The ham and cheese are just enough protein to make it into a meal. Might have been even better with a little mustard. Mortadella, Cheese, Sun Dried Tomato Sandwich: A nice soft roll with lots of mortadella, some fresh mozzarella and heavy umami sundried (or slow baked?) tomatoes. The addition of those tomatoes really ratcheted up the flavor of the bread, meat, cheese.

I was in the neighborhood to get a badly needed haircut while visiting from the Bay Area for work and next door on the corner on an otherwise unassuming street is this solid legit Cuban sammie and coffee place. Locals galore sitting outside sipping strong Cuban coffee and eating Sammie's and empanadas. Who am I to argue with the locals. They definitely steered me right on this one. The Cubano was stuffed with moist roasted pork and ham with pickles and melted cheese. The spicy garlicky green sauce that comes with it could make an old shoe delicious ! The coffee was spot on and that roasted pork and plantain empanada also hit the proverbial spot. All in with tax and tip for $25 I was stuffed full and now remarkably fluent in Spanish ! Located a couple of blocks off a major road (Washington Ave.), Las Olas Cafe felt like a hole-in-the wall neighborhood joint - a team of off-duty police officers were enjoying their dinner inside the restaurant, and families were eagerly lined up at the to-go window outside the restaurant. As I waited in line to order, I perused the menu, which included breakfast items, coffee, and a variety of sandwiches. Even though there were only a couple of customers ahead of me in line, each meal was made-to-order before the next order was taken. This meant that the staff prepared about half a dozen coffees, a couple of smoothies, and several meals before it was my turn to order. When I finally placed my order for a Cubano sandwich, I waited about 20 minutes for my food to be prepared. My sandwich was served piping hot, and I eagerly took my food to go so I could enjoy it at the beach nearby. Despite the wait (about an hour from the time I arrived at the cafe despite the short line), my food was delicious. The sandwich was stuffed with crispy shredded pork and ham, and a generous amount of mustard, melted cheese, and pickles pulled it all together.
