" I ate it I'll rate it.", Well I rode it and bought it in this case. Yes this is one of many car…read moresale lots in Union Gap. Which I was told has low sales tax. I saw the Prestige lot and they has so many like new looking autos. ( meaning cars. Trucks. 4wheel drive trucks. From Chevy to Ford and more. I got a great deal and he came down of price. Showed me my pick on auto something? It showed the cost and all about my pick. I said I want that one. I didn't need to test drive it. He insisted I test drive it. Make sure that I really liked it. So I did. I loved it. They delivered my new buy. Wow I swear it was like brand new inside and out!!! Looked brand new. Perfectly detailed. Perfect. I'm so happy w my pick still to this day. Not one problem. One tire needs air now n then. Super. Car lot. Great variety to choose from.

My first review was deleted so I'll post again. I bought my…read morecar from this place. They advertise this car in a whole Nother state. They had the marketing manager lied to me about multiple features in this car that didn't exist yet I was told existed based off of the photos and text messages and emails from the marketing manager. Beyond that when I finally received the vehicle, the vehicle had a lot more issues and undisclosed accidents that ended up costing me a lot of money.. why do they cost me a lot of money even though I had the 30 day warranty from them that would be because they did not honor their warranty. They tried to tell me they would only cover 50% not 100%.. so they sent me a check for 50% of the cost to repair broken AC and broken control arms that they told me I didn't have problems when I was purchasing it from another state. On top of that, they did not disclose the over $2000 in DMV fees associated with the car because they failed to register the car properly in their state when they bought it from the auction. Fully took advantage of me fully lied about the condition of the car fully failed to help me when it came down to getting repairs done or getting the fees from the DMV taken care of I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Now I did take this car to a local mechanic to get the fluids checked. They didn't do a super great job. I'll have to leave a review for them as well, but that doesn't change the fact that prestige motors did not disclose an accident. They lied and said the car was pushed to start and remote access which it does not and they also did not honor their 100% cost warranty. They only gave me 50% which to me shows just how much of a scammer this dealership isnot to mention they've had this review deleted three times.

Used car dealer. Some are great, some not so much. The more experience you have with them, the…read moremore you know what to expect. Unfortunately, my college age son has never dealt with used car dealers before. I sent him to Bbl because they had a car on the lot that I felt was a good deal financially. They took it for a test drive, and afterwards spotted a different car and took that one for a test drive. They fell in love and decided that that was the car they wanted. Of course it cost more than my budget, but they loved it, so I told them to request a Carfax and if everything looked good I would purchase it for them. They asked about the Carfax, and the dealer told them that he had a copy and made it seem like it was no big deal. Of course, my son didn't realize that he should have looked at it in person. I pulled up the Blue Book Value based upon the information I had. The car had abnormally low mileage and for this reason, the dealership wanted to charge extra. I felt that was reasonable. Once they had purchased the car and had driven back home, I pulled a Carfax on it just to keep in my file. I could have kicked myself! Not only was the title not clean, but there was odometer fraud listed right there in big red letters. The dealer of course, had no problem selling this car to my young son who was completely clueless about the entire process. I called Nissan to see if they could find out the actual mileage from within the computer system, but the car is too old. If I lived closer to this dealer (I'm 8 hours away) I would have taken this car back in a heartbeat! Ask to see the Carfax!!

I called Robert and talked to him about the car, and he assured me what was posted on their site about the car was legitimate and that the car had been completely gone through by his mechanics. He had run a title search on the car and verified a single owner. He also assured me if there was major engine or transition issues, for example, that he would take care of them. Sight unseen, I put down a deposit as earnest money and planned to fly to Yakima the next weekend. Robert told he that he'd have someone pick me up at the airport, but that I should call that morning with my arrival information. I was met at the airport by Robert, Jr. with the car we were interested in, so I got my test drive on the way back to the lot. I later told my wife that the entire purchase process was very positive. Robert, his son, and their staff were courteous, polite, and I could tell from all of my conversations that Robert's word stands. I completely got the sense from my interactions that this is a family-run business success story (confirmed by others that I talked to in Yakima). BBL has a lot of used cars, a nice facility, and quite a few people busy working there. They buy cars from all over the west coast, and they do sell them (and ship them) to buyers out of state. The sales transaction was painless, and I was well taken care of. There was never any pressure or "slick" talk. I would recommend working with these folks. The drive home in the new car, by the way, was terrific. We got the right car from the right people.

Probably not sell cars that shouldn't be on the lot in the 1st place bought a car July 2 I reported…read moreissues but was told it's ok "we sold you a good car" n by July 3rd I reported the same issues have intensified. However this was already an ongoing issue. I had to take my car to MY mechanic, had a diagnostics done n nothing was good re the cars performance. The car had engine components on a fritz, the catalytic converter needed to be repaired, a basic oil change, fan belt, to name a few things. Went to their mechanic shop n was told by the heavy set guy there was no issues. He also broke my seat I couldn't drive my vehicle for 2 weeks without any back support which is also very dangerous. The PSI sensors were all needing to be replaced as well. I had to bring up the FACT that there's a reason every vehicle needs them due to safety. The car was unable to make it up the wrap around going towards goldendale. The vehicle had an issue going from 40 to 55. I almost died well test driving to Goldendale bc I couldn't merge properly due to the vehicle not picking up any speed. I was told by mechanic n Dylan "it's a 4 cylinder what do you expect?" Finally I was able to get a mechanic look over and again was told that there is no issue finally in mid August the mechanic finally recommended a replacement of catalytic converter. However, I was told by Dylan "it's a recommendation it doesn't mean you need it replaced we sold you a good car, your car is good" so I drove it n week later vehicle completely stopped. Mind you the mechanic lied saying he test drive the vehicle past the 40 mph he only took it down the street. I know this bc I watched him he was back in five minutes. I've been without the vehicle for months now and lost my source of income due to not having a reliable vehicle to go to work so my payments as of November have been late even though I've made every other payment on time. I have a medical condition that is required me to make sure I have a vehicle so I can make my appointments but to know avail have I had the general manager contact me after numerous attempts to get in contact with him through the office or Dylan. I should have read the reviews with regards to this location but to be honest with you I went to Brian Harris due to his daughter and her being a DV victim because I was one too. Not one phone call has been made since the vehicle was dropped off which I had to pay for because they did not care to even help me until finally Nikki who is extremely rude and unprofessional to say the least stated I could get a discounted rate even though they have their own truck to do so and that's how they get their repos. I was most definitely sold a lemon I have three different mechanics that have told me so and I have the paperwork that states so. I think anybody that has been blessed to get a card that runs decently with them is cuz you had more money down and better credit that's just how it works in little locations like this and now I see why Bill Harris finds it offensive to be compared to his family. And I most likely going to get a rebuttal regarding this review because everybody becomes defensive and unprofessional the minute they're called out for their unethical policies. I however hold every single bit of evidence and proof I need for every word that I've spoken with regards to this car lot at this point I just want my money back so that I could go buy a car from a dealership that has more of a reputable and moral ground to their customers. I have sent contacted the attorney general's office and filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau I am hoping that i become a small statistic in getting Justice with regards to the business dealings with this dealership. Had this vehicle run properly they would have never heard a peep out of me with regards to how the vehicle was sold to me. However with all the mechanical issues I have to emphasize on how badly this vehicle was when sold it had dust as if it was taken as a trade in the day before this vehicle had no oil change it was completely blown dry the lights were lit up on the desk and I was told that they were all to be reset and everything was fine as a woman it's very hard to trust anybody with regards to doing business especially buying a vehicle and I think that with me not having a man with me that knows vehicles I was done in disrespectfully by this deal. I just want to resolve but I also want to warn people that this is not the place to go if you are looking for a vehicle I suggest you just keep saving so that you can put more of a down at a dealership that's reputable. Also please read all the reviews and notice that the vehicles and the years and makes and models of which those reviews reflect on.
