Not only were we able to get a wide variety of meats and cuts, but they also had some cool specialty things like pork schnitzel that isn't there all the time but definitely grab it if they do!! Everyone there is so nice and willing to make suggestions or answer questions, and their retail area also has some cool stuff. We were able to snag a magnetic knife rack for our new kitchen and not only is it beautiful, but it works amazing too! Can't recommend these guys enough!
