Started working with Jenny and Queena to get quotes. Found out their labor charge wasn't a fat rip off compared to others so decided to let them do the installation also. Bryan came, did all the final measurements and answered all my questions/concerns. No nonsense sales 101 pitches, no pushing any sense of urgency to get us to rush and sign right then and there etc. We got the window roughly 4 weeks after ordering (they estimated 4-6 weeks). Job took around 2 days. 3 people came and they really respected the house. I'm talking shoe covering when entering indoors, cleaning up after themselves after each window, and just basic decency when working on a house with a family already residing there. Pictures for the installations can speak for itself but overall, happy with the workmanship. Their quote for material and labor was 15-30% cheaper than similar competitors (I'm talking respectable brands.. Milgard trinsic/tuscany, Anlin catalina etc of course if you go no namer china brand with a handy man installer.... then yeah that's the different topic) and in my opinion, we're not sacrificing anything in terms of quality. They are also licensed and have liability insurance for their workers.. so that helps put our minds at ease. Already sent their contact to a few other friends who were waiting for my project result. Fun back Story: I actually started window shopping around May 2026 and reached out to a few highly rated window companies. They came with their sales deck and gave extremely high quotes. Eventually decided to just DIY since retrofitting is actually not hard at all... I reached out to Anlin directly to purchase windows. However, Anlin said they can't sell to me direct and sent me to one of their authorized dealers "Preferred Pacific Construction". From there, Preferred Pacific Construction gave me a quote for just the windows - which was very reasonable. By chance, I asked them how much labor would be and the price they gave me was actually very reasonable. So i decided to just have them install it instead! They didn't even ask me to leave a yelp review. They were probably confident that their good work would naturally lead to future recommendations :) .

Bryan was very professional and informative, I liked that they offered different brands of windows and had pamphlets available for us to view on the spot. When we decided to go with them, there was a follow up appt to get accurate measurements and put down a deposit. Bryan mentioned that the windows would take about 6 weeks to be delivered and his estimate was right on! Installation: the crew was very professional and cleaned up after themselves well. Installed took about 2 days - 1 day to do all the windows and about 1/2 a day to do all the finishing touches on the frames and they even fixed the drywall and repainted areas the sliding door frame didn't cover from the inside. Unfortunately we found a crack in one of the windows that night. After reaching out to Bryan, he was quick to respond that it is under warranty and that they opened a case with Anlin to get the replacement timely. Overall process was nice and straight forward with no gimmicks. I appreciated Bryan's professionalism and didn't feel "salesy". Highly recommend.

We had all of the windows in our home replaced by Legendary Cal-Rep Windows in 2020, and…read moreunfortunately, our experience has been incredibly frustrating ever since. Shortly after installation, we discovered that the large staircase window leaked whenever it rained. Over the past five years, their "fix" was repeatedly applying messy exterior silicone that looked terrible and never solved the issue. At one point, they even suggested the leak might be caused by something within our home rather than the window itself. Eventually, they replaced the window and discovered the original installation they had ordered the wrong size window and had tried to just fill the gaps in and make it work. The second replacement was faulty, requiring yet another order and installation. Now, in 2026, the newest window was installed but still does not function. A Milgard representative inspected it and confirmed the issue is due to improper installation. Despite all of this, we still have no resolution, and there has been little to no proactive effort from the company to make things right. We are extremely disappointed with the product, installation, and overall service. Messages are ignored or we are told they are "checking on the status" but we never hear back. I will update this review if we EVER receive a proper resolution! I am in the customer service business myself, so to have a company treat you this way is so very disappointing.

Jason and his team helped me order the part in bronze (a special order, since it needed to be painted) and cut it down to size for me to pick up. The second time, the attachment to the wheel on top of my door needed replacing, and they were able to replace that whole corner and put on all new wheels. Now, the door runs so smoothly that it slides open with a light push. I was able to save some money by dropping off and picking up, since I live close by. They're also responsive and friendly. I'm sure I'll use them again when my next obscure problem needs fixing!

As for pricing, I really don't have another point of reference for comparison - but given that they come out to your house and finish the job quickly I would think that pricing is reasonable given the level of service provided.
